No apps generating and are you kidding me??? Why would anyone want to give out something for free?

I know what the OP is asking and everything is on this site. I don't really know about vtrac stuff but I have seen some members have some systems that could possibly win depending on states.

If people buy software before buying need to read what it is before purchasing and not letting that item state for entertainment purposes only.

One reason to use something like Lottery Post's Quick Picks Generator is that it is a much better random number generator than the one in your local lottery machine that generates Quick Pick tickets. Lottery machines are typically very poor quasi-random numbers, often based on a rotating time code. That results in often seeing patterns of numbers appearing together. Lottery Post on the other hand uses an advance cryptographic library which generates more truly random numbers.

My son loves Lottery Post Quick picks, for pick 3 and pick 4.

I took the 9 last drawings any daytime. I shuffled the numbers without changing the wheel structure.

"random numbers based on previous results"

Numbers from previous drawings,
same frequencies,
wheel structure from drawings.

I used all numbers, not a part of them, randomly picked.

I could add a line of not drawn numbers and use the randomizer. I would get 10 lines, including not drawn numbers.
