nothing man-made is totally random and as such, it can be predictable to a certain extent.
Yep, right on point here. However, the individuals that actually control their state draw process also know this to be absolutely true, and, try to 'correct' what is a natural glitch in the game with these things called 'pre-tests.' Yep, I stand with the pre-test argument because there's no justifiable reason for their implementation. Random, in these numbers games, will completely take care of itself...'when untainted.' This becomes especially true and even grossly exploited when the RNG computers you speak of are factored in. Just how dumb do they really think we savvy players are? I mean, if it's truly a random number generator then why do they also conduct pre-tests with these same software-driven random number generators? Hey, let the random thing do its thing on just a single random draw, right? But, nooooooo, they wanna toss the salad as much as they can under the guise of 'game integrity.' Once again, . Now, let's put some raw numbers to this deal and see what's really going on...I'm feeling pretty good as you can see ! Okay, there are (7) months with (31) days and (4) months with (30) days. February has only (28) with the exception Leap Year. (31 x 7) = 217 and (30 x 4) = 120. (217) + (120) + (28) = 365 days/yr. We know that Pick 3 has 1,000 possible combinations which, technically and mathematically, means that lottery agencies should be able to draw for 1,000 'clean draws' before even thinking about reviewing things for any reason what so ever. A 'clean draw' is one I consider without a pre-test. This is truly random. So, if we draw 'clean' for 1,000 draws, then it means that a two draw per day agency should go for a total of one year and four and a half months of true randomness. The raw numbers to support my argument are:
(2) draws per day X's (365) days per year = (730) draws. This leaves (270) which divided by two draws per day is (135) days or roughly 4 1/2 months...(30 x 4) = 120 + (15) days. Hence, agencies should be able to 'clean draw' draw for about 1 1/2 years sans all the BS pre-tests. In my honest opinion, there's nothing like crunching the pure, raw numbers and arriving at an indisputable math-based conclusion. In terms of how close does one get to the winning numbers, it's actually based on the quality of the numbers played.
Okay, time for a refill!!
