  Dear fellow players,

  I've been reading Lottery Post for quite a long time and using some advices/systems from it, but without big success.

  But after I found the following, it made me scratch my head and think that may be the luck of success is not the problem of the player/system, but because somebody undermines you in the end.

  Read for yourself (since I can't post the link, you can easily Google the original with "Leaving FL / Lottery Rigged"):

  "Finally reached the milestone in my life (73 years of age) and I hope to see 75 and beyond. We are leaving this state after a 45 year residency and lucrative career(s) with various state agencies, my last being the Florida Lottery Commission, which I left some time ago (more than 4 years).

  To clear my conscience and put to rest a long-time conspiracy, I can testify, for all it is worth, that Fantasy 5, Mega-Millions and the other pong ball draws are not rigged per say, but staged, computer generated digits, memorized by two people then loaded into a lower portion of a hopper totally blocked by view. I'll try to explain, but a typist and story-teller I am not, so I hope it makes sense as best as I can tell.

  What happens (and only 2 people know this): A blank set of 5 or 6 slots, depending on the game are "reserved" (think of a blank check) when the balls are removed from the safe, pre-selected balls are loaded into the base of the hopper by two people. Then immediately, the other balls are spilled in. The pre-selected balls were computer picked prior to the drawing and never printed, only displayed for 10 seconds on an LED inside the ball safe.

  The two loaders must memorize these then proceed to the hopper and load the balls into the bottom of the tube (one-by-one), then spill the remainder of the balls into the open space, the air valve is activated. Regardless of how long the hopper mixes up the balls, the pre-selected balls are already loaded into the tubes and ready when the announcer pushes the plunger. This is (but one) one of the main reasons you see a large Picture-In-Picture in front of the drawing hopper during draw times, it's a common distraction, used by nearly all ball type lotteries, but exclusively (every time) here in FL.

  I truly suspect this post will be deleted, I also suspect my phone to ring shortly, but I am no longer at my residence. I also suspect the Commission knows who wrote this, and I did violate an oath, but an oath to what? Alas, we are remaining "off line" and off the grid so to speak as our new place has been prepared in other names in a place far from FL.

  I am sorry for the years of deceptive behavior, secrecy and to hell with your oath of silence! One final comment, when an objective is called for (say 5.7 million for a project), tickets are sold until the project set price is doubled, then and only then will a winner be picked - and that is truly the only time it is random. All other drawings are loaded and known by only two officials.

  Remember the 47 winners back in 2011 when the winning numbers were 14,15,16,17, 18...what major building was built during that quarter? Why 47 "winners", oh, the stories I could tell...my son will tell all one day, as will my granddaughter, but for this moment and time in my life, I can't do it any longer.

  I urge you good people of the most beautiful state in this country, look closely behind those smiles, booklets, over-sized checks and "security features" - it's all a farce to get your money, one dollar at a time.

  From what I was told by my best friend in the world (also a Commission oath keeper), Bay County is the target until October, when the fiscal year ends. You will not win, this county will not win any tier prizes, pick or scratch-off - they're simply not here.

  P.S. I doubt that "Computer generated digits" are random - more probably, it's the combination that computer analysis prior to drawing found as not registered (except by somebody from the "circle of trust"?)

  Don't be so quick to call lottery personnel "roaches".  This is the first and only post by this person, and you or I have no idea who they are or why they are posting this diatribe.

  There are many good people who work for the lotteries, and it is not fair to immediately jump on a state lottery just because some guy posted a diatribe accusing them of all kinds of nefarious deeds.

  I am as hard on lotteries as anyone when they are shown to be doing the wrong thing.  But a person loses all credibility when every comment is something negative about the lotteries. I'll leave it to people like Dawn Nettles to make a living out of trashing the lottery with every word.  I would rather be fair... and right.

  You ask at the end of your story, "What do you think of that?"

  I'll tell you what I think:  If you believe the lottery is cheating, then you either go to the police or you retract your statement.  Nobody has any idea who you are or if you are telling the truth about anything, including working at the Florida Lottery.

  I have seen countless people over the years come on here and spin tales about the lottery being rigged.  Obviously, most of the time it is just someone who doesn't win very often being angry and lashing out.  In one spectacular case (Eddie Tipton) it was true.

  Rigging the lottery is a major crime.  Eddie Tipton was sentenced to prison for 25 years for doing it.  If you have witnessed a crime, then I believe you are in jeopardy if you don't report it.

  I look forward to reading about your police report in the local Florida news.

  I Googled what the o/p said to for the original article. Directly below that was a Fla. lottery video.  Look carefully at the next to last ball. The guy presses the button and the 35 comes up. Then he presses and holds the same button a second time and number 53 comes up.

  Todd, I never said it was my story, I just found it while googling "Florida Lotto rigged" just for fun. So, since I never witnessed anything like this, I can't go to the police.

  "I have no idea who they are or why they are posting this diatribe" I think, I explained it clearly, isn't it? I am just an average player, who got tired to lose and (as a scientist) was looking for another explanation for that (it's either not so good player/system or somebody else, who can undermine/nullify all your efforts in the end!).

  I don't know about "countless people over the years" and their tales, this story just got me - it looked sincere and not like whining of another loser.

  Your fierce attacking this post can mean only 2 things - either you are affiliated with FL Lotto (and all written above) or you are angry (just like me) because this post may be the unpleasant truth (I am sorry to burst your bubble).

  Over the years the one constant I have observed is when someone writes a diatribe about lotteries being rigged or other shenanigans, is it's ALWAYS A NEWBIE, and it's always their first post.

  lol, you're "bursting my bubble"?  No, I am neither of the things you accuse me of being.  (Associated with the lottery or "angry like you".)  I am simply being fair.  You believe it's OK to post some anonymous attack against lottery personnel just because you haven't won recently?  I really did call this one early.

  Well Mr Scientist ,or whoever you allegedly are...This may come as a devastating surprise but with odds into the hundreds of thousands or millions??  Ya just can't win em all. I have been playing the lottery in FL and TX for 20+ years now and NEVER had more than 4 numbers right (on 1 line) in a state/national lottery draw in either state(once in FL and twice in TX) I have chosen numbers,done quick picks,been in pools, reviewed stats.. etc. etc.

  I have gone out on gambling ships out of the port in Brevard County, FL and won  AND I have gone out on those  same ships and lost a few times. Its entertainment with a possibility of coming home with more money than you shelled out.

  To put it simply ????

  ITS A FRIGGIN' GAME OF CHANCE !!!   PERIOD

  Obviously there are winners/losers and your replies sound more like a case of "sour grapes". 

  It's easy to be negative in today's society but if you are truly so stressed with lotteries ?? My suggestion, is don't play,don't talk about and don't think about it.. That way you won't be disappointed 

  Best of luck with your life choices.

  To my fellow posters, please accept my condolences if you are bothered by my reply to this "unique taxpayer". I just tell it like I see it.

  Rcbbuckeye and Todd, I am not newbie on Lottery Post – in the past I’ve had an account here with numerous posts – I just can’t retrieve it. So what?

  What the number of posts has to do with the subject of this post? How the fact that I don’t have many posts (yet) makes this information impossible to be true?

  How many people you helped to win BIG with your thousands of posts? I mean, really BIG and not just some breadcrumbs from somebody’s banquet table, what they can do by themselves?

  Raven 62, Is it so hard to understand why this ex-official have chosen to be “anonymous”? Would you want him to go to the media light with this story and then suddenly commit “suicide” at 73 and become the martyr of truth? Multi-billion industry is uncapable of that?

  Typical in all forums – if you have nothing to say about the topic, go after the source…lmao

  I may know more about statistics and math than you, but it’s not the point.

  Would you like that (spoiled ending)? No matter if it’s a game or entertainment, or both?

  You can repeat your mantra “ITS A FRIGGIN' GAME OF CHANCE (and it’s not rigged)” as many times as you like and call “negative” anybody who doesn’t see things your way - it’s your choice. FYI, I am neither negative nor stressed – are you diagnosing over the internet? lol

  If I got angry for a minute after reading this story, it’s understandable (everybody would, if it were true).

  “Don't play, don't talk about and don't think about it” – isn’t what this forum is about? Discussing the lottery?

  Don’t others have the right to know what (possibly) is going on?

  This is my last post in this thread – I posted and said everything I wanted to.

  As I said, multi-billion industry is capable of many things – even to have somebody monitoring the lottery forums and steering away from / flooding the important topics.

  Anybody with the brains will decide for him(her)self, if this story is the truth or not and act accordingly.
