There must be something to this.....
I think if we know this tidbit of info we would have better prediction results.
We already can find out where the winning ticket was sold but not what day or time. Hmmmm....... is there something to this? We may be able to tell when the best time to purchase a ticket would be, especially if we use quick picks.
On a side note.....Nowadays there should never be an unclaimed ticket ! We should know where and the time and date the ticket was sold and what store do you go into nowadays that does not have a video recording? Are the states just saying it is unclaimed because they want to keep the money for their fund?
The tickets I purchase show the day and time the tickets are printed, but nobody from a state lottery or a store contacted me to say my "ticket won anything".
"We should know where and the time and date the ticket was sold and what store do you go into nowadays that does not have a video recording?"
What happens if the video shows the person purchasing the ticket and shows someone else who found the ticket in the trash can? Will they change the rules so players can only validate their winning tickets in the store where they purchased them?
A PB $456.7 million jackpot winning ticket purchased at a Speedway in Manheim, PA, but your guess is as good as mine as to the date and time. Which is most important, the date, the time or the place for helping you win the jackpot?
The problem is even if you have the place, the date, and the exact time when the last jackpot ticket was sold, it's useless info when there is no winning ticket.
