This is absolutely true. But, would you still say the same thing with a straight face if it was a trillion to 1 odds?
If you said yes I would still say the same thing no matter how high the odds are, that would also be correct. But I propose to you, there is a point whether it's defining a timeline or odds or any other distance or numbers, you have to draw a line and say to yourself...... H m m m m m m does it become practical to play and spend money? Don't you have to draw a line somewhere?
At the end of the day, people really expect to win the jackpot, then they should be able to hit the Pick 3 or Pick 4 on a regular basis, somewhat regular basis. If they're not able to do this, that means if they ever won the jackpot it was solely based on pure luck.
And that type of luck is extremely far and few in between. At the end of the day.

Over the course of a year, you would have eaten 96 @ a cost of say $8-10 a pop, so lets round it up to $10.00 a piece.That's $960.00 a year.Know what? You don't give that $960 a year a second thought, why? because burgers gives you satisfaction.
NOW, if you play One line @ $2.00 a piece for both MM & PB, you forking over $8.00 a week- 32- 40 dollars a month at most. Over the course of the year, you have paid $480.00 for your lottery tickets, but $960 for your burgers.Your chances are somewhat slim in gaining weight over playing the lottery, but that cannot be said about the burgers. Ultimately: When and if you win the lottery, you will always remember it- the same cannot be always said about any burger...
We can always say " What a lousy burger." yet if we win the lottery.....As always- Peace!
