I thought about this overnight and ended up breaking this Topic as presented by Tinkerman into 2 Parts. If you set all of the Reporter, College, Discovery and Benevolence aside, there is some real Meat in the General Discussion generated by the Starter.
The General Discussion going on in my head does not focus on any specific set of data (so it excludes Decades at this point). Rather I is a look at one of those pictures that I Posted of the many Columns of Data that can be assembled in Excel for Each Draw in the Game History. Each Column can be used as a Filter. How? you might ask.
A FILTER requires another tool. That Tool (Data Set) is an assignment of values to each Number. These values are based on Hits during specified Rounds and Skips for Numbers, Structures and Structure Codes. This Data is an essential Part of Part 1. You might be tempted to call the values assigned to each Number a filter but they are not. These Values are what is being filtered by the FILTER. At this Point the Data, as it always is, is updated automatically and requires only a new draw to change.
FILTERS are based on more Data that is automatically calculated for Each Number, Value, Structure of Structure Code. I Begin with a 3 or 4 digit Code for a Grouping of Columns. 3 Digit codes using 1,2,3 fall into 21 Options. These Codes are tracked in the Data for Hits in their Cycle and Current Skip. Selecting a Code is the First Action of a FILTER. That action allows only the Structures with the Selected Code to pass. The passing structures are similarly tracked in the Data. The Second Action of the FILTER is to Reduce a Variable number of Structures to a small set of Options (1 if possible). This Structure is a 5 Digit Number composed of 1,2,3 in a 5 Number Draw. Each of the Values (1,2,3) in a Structure represents a group of Numbers with the Same Value resulting in a set of numbers that are “Wheeled” into a Set of 5 number Combinations that match the Structure. Generally, it takes at least 3 SEPARATE FILTERS to get a “Reasonable Sized” Pool of Numbers producing a “Manageable” Set of Combinations. Reasonable and Manageable are defined by the Player.
My use of Structures composed of 3 Digits is only one way of Grouping. You can use Letters or Imagines, it does not matter. All that is required is the assignment of the Letter or Image to Each Number in order to assemble Combinations from your Value Selections.
At this Point, As I Have said before, THIS IS NOT A SYSTEM. IT IS A TOOL. It is more like a Saw with multiple blade options cutting the Numbers into pieces that are then assembled (based on the Structure Code) into a Fixed Set of Numbers. The TOOL does not know what or where to make its Cuts. The Operator must Set the Structure Values and it is ANYBODIES GUESS what the correct setting will be.
In most endeavors there is a MOST LOGICAL Guess based on a Look at Past Events. We all hope that this is the case with a Lottery.
