I haven't been posting much lately in this thread and there's a reason why that's so. I've been waiting for the month of June to roll around, and it's finally here. June is a very good month where you can see some "good to know" types of things.
June is the month of the year that usually tells players which numbers will very likely be the year's hottest numbers and the number groups to focus their number selections on.
Although it's early in June, The Singles continue be very strong. They're leading the way with nine hits this month. As for which number group will have the most hits, as of last night's drawing, it's a toss up. The Teens have 220 hits, while The Twenty's have 221. The Singles have 200 and Thirty's have 139.
Either The Teens or The Twenty's number group will have the most hits in 2022. That's no secret... it happens every year, it's simply a matter of which will it be. By the end of June either one of them will have at least 250 hits (usually more than 250, closer to 270) and which ever group has the most hits in June will very likely be the group with the most hits for the year. I have data on a spreadsheet that goes back to 2009, (I built it for myself using my lottery software) that shows each Number Group's total hits for the year. The number group that has the most hits for the year (either the Teens or the Twenty's) typically has at least 500 hits for the year and by the end of June, that same group also has approximately half the amount of total hits for the year.
For instance in 2020, The Teens led with a total of 549 hits and at the end of June they were leading with 274. As you can see, if multiply 274 by 2, you get 548. 2021 wasn't as close, The Twenty's had 524/272 split. This kind of thing has happened every year, so it's a very good indicator/predictor of which number group (Teens or Twenty's) to concentrate on when picking numbers during the July to December time frame.
Here the split from 2015;
2015 ==== The Teens led with 519 hits and had 269 hits on June 30th
2016 ==== The Twenty's led with 515 total hits and had 250 on June 30th (515/250
2017 ==== The Twenty's led with 519 total hits and had 257 on June 30th (519/257)
2018 ==== The Teens led (522/268)
2019 ==== The Twenty's led (513/241)
2020 ==== The Teens led (549/274)
2021 ==== The Twenty's led (524/272)
Notice too how The Teens and Twenty's typically alternate each year. (But not every year, 2016/2017 being an exception) So if that's any indicator, The Teens might have the most hits in 2022 based upon The Twenty's having the most in 2021.
As of today we cant tell which of the two Number Groups will be leading on June 30th, by I'm sure by that date we'll know something. My guess is it'll be The Twenty's because they already have two numbers in the top three hitters of 2022. (#22 & #27. #27 is tied for the lead with 29 hits and #22 is ranked second with 28.) But never fear, The Teen's are sitting right behind #22's 28 hits with #16 ranked third with 27 hits. #17 is close too, it's ranked fourth with 26 hits. I'll post here on July 1st which Number Group is in the lead. G5
PS JPT's jackpot is still sitting at 2 million dollars, no winner last Friday night. I like to play JPT when the jackpot is big. You cant get better odds to win 2 million dollars anywhere. (3,122,273 to 1) Way back in the day while I was living in New York, the NY Lottery had a game called Sweet Million that I played a lot. It carried odds of 3,838,383 to 1 to win one million dollars. The NY Lottery advertised Sweet Million by saying "You wont find better odds to win a million bucks anywhere!" and they were right about that. JPT's odds are lower/better than Sweet Millions and you can win twice as much money. Nuff said!
