Not many people post here, and I'm not really sure if anybody is even reading this forum but for what it's worth...
Number 35 in FF5 has been on fire this year and is looking to me like it's going to be the top hitter of 2021. So how can I make such an outlandish prediction this early in the year??
Here's how:
In the last "moving" 365 drawings, (2/20/2020 through 2/19/2021) #35 is in second place behind 2021's hits leader, (#17) with 63 hits. (#17 has 64 hits) In the month of January 2021, #35 had 8 hits, and it's leading February with 6 hits for a total of 14 hits in 2021. #35 was the hits leader in 2019 with 67 hits, so it's been very strong for the past two years. (In 2021, it finished in second place with 58 hits.) Numbers tend to get hot and stay hot for extended periods of time. I've seen in NY's Take5 a number (#17) be the top hitter of the year for three consecutive years. That sounds crazy, doesn't it? But it's a very real fact as it happened in 2014, 2015, and 2016. Why can't something like that happen in FF5? If it happened in New York, it can happen in Florida.
In FF5, by March 31st, the number that's going to end the year with the most hits should have 21 or more hits if it's going to end the year as the top hitter, or it probably wont be the hits leader of the year. With one week to go in February and already having 14 hits in 2021, #35's in prime position to have 21 hits by March 31st. 2020's FF5 top hitter, #17, had 22 hits on March 31, 2020 and finished the year with 68 hits.
So if you're a FF5 player like me, I'd be playing #35 regularly. #24 is also doing well with 11 hits this year. (Good for 2nd place) As the year progresses, I'll post how #35 is doing. There's only 5 weeks to go until March 31st, so we'll know something more definite in a little more than a month from now.
BTW - The reason why I constantly harp on the biggest hitter of the year is as follows; If you know that #35 is going to come out a lot and you play it regularly for all of 2021, then you only have to match 4 numbers to win a jackpot. (#35 becomes a "free number") The reduction in FF5's odds is unbelievable! It goes down from 376,992 to 1 to match 5 numbers to 2,432 to 1 to match 4 numbers. Be smart and play #35 often. You might end up being very that glad you did. G5
