One jackpot winner of $134,666 last night.
I'm not surprised it was that low. I went out to buy a ticket but found that the lottery terminal in Publix was down. With Southwest Florida laying in ruins I would think jackpots might be lower for some time to come. G5

Last night 11 15 17 18 21
That was the 10th hit for #21 in September.
The Odd/Even Bias is at +8 even for the last 30 draws but you'd never know it from looking at the Twenty's Number Group for September. The Twenty's have 53 hits in September which is high. The two numbers in the Twenty's that are below average with just 2 hits in Sept are #'s 27 & 29. The rest are above the monthly average of 4. G5

I think #23 will be the hottest number of 2022. On June the 30th it was ranked second with 32 hits. As of 9/29/2022 it's got 48. There have been other numbers that got hot in the third quarter of this year but none as hot as #23. G5

We actually did pretty good. Lots of trees damaged but no houses. No flooding and never lost power. TV cable and internet went out last night but came back this morning. Overcast and cloudy today and very breezy. All in all we dodged a bullet. G5
We have minor damage to the outside of our building. Lots of damage south of us. We still don't have power. Spotty internet. Just got the elevators back. I live on the 8th floor so you know my knees are killing me. Lost all our food in fridge. Still praying for the people in ft Myers and surrounding areas. They got it ten times worse. Haven't played in a few days. Machines are not working here. Good luck everyone!

Good Luck.... We have extended family in Cape Coral. Their house has water damage and they don't have water or power yet. I offered them a room at our house but I've yet to hear back from them. We are scheduled to leave for The Carolina's for a few days next week so the people in Cape Coral could stay here while we're away and they're welcome to stay after we get home.
I guess I should say we think we're going to The Carolina's.... haven't heard yet about any problems in Savannah GA which is our first stop.
Last night's FF5 jackpot totaled $178,860 which is about $20,000 low for a typical Friday jackpot. Kind of says to me that $20,000 would have come from Southwest Florida had it not been for Ian. G5

Glad to hear you survived the storm. It was heading straight for Tampa and turned--again.
I did not play that draw for F5 since the weather was bad and the stores were closed anyway. I always wait to
play at the last minute.
Had I played, I would have had 2 winners for $15.50 and still lost $4.00. By not playing I saved $35.00.
I did play last night(Friday 9/30) and ended up with 6 free tickets after pumping up the investment to $45.00.
Good Luck G5 and LP.
Six Free Tickets isn't a bad win.... Congrats!
Last night's winning numbers of 8 17 24 28 29 were the 69th time since 7/16/2001 that a duplicate set of five numbers was drawn. That same set of five winning numbers was previously drawn on March 26, 2005.
Two winners of $96,124 each (total of $192,248) makes me wonder what it would have been had southwest Florida not been decimated by Ian.
We had people from Ft Myers at our house yesterday. As unbelievable as this will sound, their house went undamaged. But the craziest thing happened to them. They evacuated and returned home after the storm to find their house had been broken into. But it wasn't that the people who broke into their house were trying to steal something. It was because the people who broke in had water rising rapidly in their home and saw that our friends house was OK, so they broke in trying to be safe from the storm. It's much worse than you think it is in Fort Myers. The TV news shows the damage, but our friends said that wont make the same kind of impression on you as when you see it in person. They have no power or water and were told it could be months before it's restored. Gasoline can not be found anywhere in Lee County either. They came here to our house to take a shower and buy gasoline. They had 15 to 20 empty red plastic gas cans in their car (all of their neighbors gas cans) to fill with gas. We gave them two cases of bottled water we bought prior to the storm as well as some food. As much as we wanted them to stay the night, they refused. They had to get the gas cans back to their neighbors is what they said. I-75 was closed in both directions due the The Myakka River overflowing near Venice so they had to get off it. It took them 5 hours to get to our house which is normally a 1.5 hours drive. The back roads were all flooded so they had to drive slowly. G5

Now how in the world do you figure this????
On Friday Sept 30th, two days after Hurricane Ian blew into town, somebody in Port Charlotte decided to buy a FF5 ticket. And are they glad they did!
That's because they won $44,715 dollars by picking their own numbers at The Winn Dixie Liquor Store at 2008 Kings Highway in Port Charlotte. Ground Zero!! I wonder what else they might have bought in that liquor store????
I would think, (but then I think a lotta things that aint zackly correct) there wouldn't be any power, or communication lines for a lottery terminal to be up and running such that you could buy a ticket within 20 miles of Fort Myers. Also makes me wonder if and when we might start seeing jackpot winners from towns in southwest Florida. G5

Well I hope #26 doesn't come out tonight.....
I picked 18 numbers (#26 was one of them) and filled out my bet slip but I somehow didn't color in #26 on the slip. I did use all 17 of the other numbers I picked so we'll see.
Heading up to The Carolina's tomorrow and wont be back in Florida until one week from today. So long FF5 and hello to South Carolina's and North Carolina's Pick5 games. Haven't looked at them in my software so maybe it'll just be QP's that I'll buy. But then I might bring my laptop along with us so maybe I'll be OK as far as picking numbers goes. Wouldn't it be great if I hammered out a jackpot up there???
Better than that is the fact that my daughter who is meeting us in Savannah Ga knows a NASCAR driver that drives in The xFinity series. She said he might be able to get us into next Saturday's race in Charlotte for FREE!! Gentlemen START your engines!! G5

I thought Ian hit NC.
Enjoy!
I have 37 tics and one with 26.??
Good Luck G5 and avoid debris on the road.

Ian did hit both North Carolina and South Carolina. From what I've learned things are open. My big thing was I wanted to be sure I could buy gas for our car so we could get back home. G5

I have only heard such wonderful things about Savannah. It is certainly on my list. I'd love to make a leisurely drive up the East Coast and stop in all the places I want to visit. It's probably an easy trip if I just plan it out. Glad you are safe on the road. Are you visiting family or just getting away for a bit? I like to think that Mrs. G5 and The Daughter G5 aren't telling you what to do...they're just giving you a little direction!
I'm in for JTP tonite. I've abandoned my FF5 but I'll get back to it.
Good luck to all!
I was surprised to see only 1 winner last night. Those low numbers usually turn out multiple winners.

Glad you are having a good time in Savannah. We have never been, but on my bucket list. We stayed home. So much damage. I can't imagine Ft Myers. I pray everyday for the people there.
Just had 1 free ticket last night. Played again both ff5 and jpc.
