I believe it's called clocking and the idea is if the speed of the spins are almost the same, players can determine which section of the wheel the ball will be in. Roulette players can bet after the spin starts, but buying lottery tickets are closed before the process starts.

If "trailing numbers" is the same and following digits in the same position on pick-3 and pick-4 games it's possible but would be very difficult when only 5 of 70 numbers are drawn.

A legal clean spin does around 7 tours. Around 6 or less tours is normally not allowed. The ball is spun against the direction of the turning wheel. There many videos are fake or are done by some crooks or clowns. There are obstacles in the wheel, the diamond shaped buttons. The ball can bounce against those. The other thing is that the ball can take more tours by running on the border of the wheel, kind of like a 0 degrees angle. Finally the ball can bounce in a hole and be kicked back into another hole to be kicked back again. That is with the click-click you can hear. (...) Some say that they did tests with timing in the cellar with cams and hightech. I don't know of any results. If I look at TH now, I have 7-30 -> x-x pairs following eachother in the next (first). For 2021, I have the top with f=5. I can do bigger, but this already isn't sure, it is random. I don't publish x-x, those who have code, can run it.

Saw dealers spin the ball clockwise and counter clockwise without ever changing the wheel direction. And I thought the idea of spinning the ball at times in the opposite direction was to prevent wheel clocking.

Read a book called The Eudaemonic Pie about a group of physics graduate students in the late 70s that developed a primitive computer that clocked the speed of the spins calculated approximately which of four quadrants to ball would rest in. Even with the obstructions, one hit every three tries shows a profit.

The wheel turns one way, the ball runs the other way, that is the rule, but in the casino world things can that cannot. It also is possible that dealers make a mistake. The payout is to low, the payout is to high, and in the second case the player didn't notice it. When the chipping machine isn't tuned properly chips can be mixed. A tired new dealer might not see that he is passing big chips in the stack. I have seen this. So, you must call a pitboss or chef and ask him to set the machine. A dealer can think that the machine is broken, but no, it isn't.

Yes, there was a book about blackjack and those first looked at roulette too. One was very successful, but we don't know how he did it. There are videos about some people who were successful in casinos. Maybe they made the movies to earn money.

With guessing OE straight you have the problem that you must fill in 125 forms if there is one grid on one form. There is no system form. You eventually have 5 grids on a form, I don't even know how the form looks like now! 7*7*7 also works. I don't play it, I don't have a never failing system for this. If you could win every day, that would be fun.

That's obviously true when PB and MM added more numbers, but aren't those draw histories with the same amount of numbers based on the same type of random drawings?

The numbers on any ball set over time will produce a drawing history pretty close to probability and maybe why a large majority of tickets are QPs.

I'm not going to get into why this happens, it simply is what it is and if so deserves to be taken into account. On multiple occasions I've tested this against the Florida game both 6/49 and 6/53. Here is how I went about it . . .

First use the LP Lottery Report Card to determine if the game you'd like to test is an actual ball drop game and not a game drawn in a computer. If so . . .

Ask your lottery when they last trashed the old ballsets and replaced them with brand new ones. If you get a short date, such as last night, try again as it isn't unusual for the lottery person to misunderstand the request.

Once you have a date certain, using the GH SL software go back 300 draws and using the date to date feature using the C: Chart print out the draw frequency from 300 back to 200 back. Next print out the draw frequency from 200 back to 100 back just prior to the ballset change out. Compare the two and see if the hot, average and cold numbers remained consistent. If so, look at the 100 draws that took place after the ballset change out. You can break this down into tenths, quarters, whatever you like including the entire 100 draws that took place after the ballsets were destroyed and replaced with new.

What I found was the first hundred's hot, average and cold numbers remained in their respective categories for the second hundred draws. After the ballset change-out roughly two thirds of the balls took on a different draw frequency, a third remained the same and a third hit more often then they had and a third worse.

If you're using hot numbers as key numbers it is worth making sure they are still hitting hot rather then being propped up by their previous success before the ballsets were destroyed and replaced with new. Should you not find what I found, take that into account instead, making sure the hot numbers are still hitting hot.

If you think that computer generated numbers are worse then you have to see our lotto.
They change the ballsets as they like to. They also mix them. You can tell by the colors.

Mosquito's are back. Didn't have them this year until now. Must be those covid-shots, everybody is fine, mosquito's too. Maybe some came from Asia or Africa by plane or ship. Flies are in the bananas. Somebody put water turtles in the lake, they warm up in the sun next to a big heron. Next a crocodile of the Nile? An immigrant's pet. ...

I passed to see if all three turtles and the heron were sunbathing. A bunch of mujahedins and sub-saharans were all around and all the birds and turtles were hiding.

I'm almost ready to give up on it completely. In the past I've previously gotten a winning number out of it, every so often. Most of the time, its predictions are no where close to the winners.

Not really. The backtest is unreliable. I have noticed that often you will get at least one correct out of the top three trailers. I imagine it is best used as a last ditch filter. For instance if you think your ratio of odds to evens will be 4:1, then you have a strong idea of what you want to see come out, then perhaps the trailers might work better, as your mind is already primed to apply the odd/even filter to the trailers. I just had that idea now. Its a first.

Otherwise the set of numbers to choose from is too large.

Last ditch filter is what it sounds like.

She introduces trailing numbers by saying, "If you believe.....," one draw affects the next. That makes it sound like a chart that is not for everybody or everyday use.

The previous draws make not EFFECT the next, but may be RELATIVE to the next as in REPEATable numbers..
