  Looking at the 4/35 combinations starting with 20 or more have a total 1820, making up 3.48% of the matrix.

  So the odds of a 20 or above hitting as the lowest number is 3 or 4 in 100, or 1 in 34 draws. 
  17 has been the highest number in the last 112 draws. 
  
  In the last 1000 there have been 31 20+ first numbers (3.1%).
  27 times when a 20+ hit in the first position it was followed by a single digit number. 
  Only once was it followed by another 20+. And 3 times it was followed by teens. 
  
  It not something that hits often, but when you see one it will almost certainly signal a single digit number to follow.
