No. You first must code the operation.
Second you might say that you have a negative even number for eksampel.

If N1 Mod 2 = 0 Then E1 = E1 + 1 Else O1 = O1 + 1

Formula example in Excel that is also available takes this form

Right(A1-B1,1)*1 Put in Cell C1

Put your numbers in A1 and B1 and then Copy the 3 Cells down the page. Change numbers in each cell in columns A and B to suite.

If a and b are between 0 and 9.

If you need text: =""&(((A1-B1)^2)^0,5)

If you need a value: =(""&(((A1-B1)^2)^0,5))*1

... * 1.0 // not here

=MOD((A1-B1)/10,1)*10

=MOD(A1/10-B1/10,1)*10
