I think so. My example is in Maryland they run as may as 5 practice runs per day, Why? so they can have 5 videos of drawings so they can choose the video that has the fewest winners. I was told the computer knows 10 minutes before drawing time when drawings is closed who the winners are. How is it possible when the drawing hasn't happened yet, simple because they can choose which video to release since they already know the numbers from the practice runs. How do you know if you are watching the 1st or the 5th practice, you don't. All they say is "it's live" well all videos are live. Do you notice that you never see a clock anywhere at the time of any drawings, why, so you don't know what time it was done! The lottery could do this for all games. I call bull, they have to make sure they don't get the bank busted from too many wins on any given day so they play the video game. They need to have a time clock at the time of the draw so I can see it's real time, otherwise it's Bull. This is my thought. Anyone else have any examples would love to hear.

Could be true, but it's probably not necessary for the MD lottery to cheat that way in order to increase their profits. Artificially restricting the number of winners by selecting the output that minimizes the prize liability for a particular drawing would have adverse effects in the long run, such as skewing the distribution of the numbers drawn (theoretically, the numbers should be drawn according to a uniform distribution even though the numbers selected by players are not uniformly distributed) as well as making players bored with games they feel they can never win.

He thinks that winning scratchos are put in specific boxes for specific places and some people know that. He can't trust scratchos.

You can't scratch tickets with a banana.
But you can make banana bread.

1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup mashed bananas
2 eggs
3 tspn baking powder
walnut or pecan pieces (if you like)

Put in bead machine.
Set for 3:40.
Machine does the rest.

Add a scratch-off ticket at your own risk.

Bananas aren't in anymore. I think because those come from Africa. We also had these sick making bananas.

You can make a banana shake. You put bananas, vanilla iscream in the mixer with milk and mix that. Poor in a glass, add a ball of vanilla icecream and put a top of freshly whipped and sweetened cream on the top. Add a biscuit if you like.

I had an old chief calling it banana <snip>. Maybe he was used to old bananas. But, he was on the dirty side anyway. Promotion became pornotion, witloof became <snip>loof, etc. He died age 59 with a liver disease. So, the colleague jihadist called him something? ...

It should be obvious it's possible to rig a drawing, but is the risk of getting caught worth losing multi-billions in yearly sales?

Nick Perry was caught fixing a PA pick-3 drawing, the results benefited the players and not the lottery. And he was caught because some of the players were "in on the fix"collected from the illegal lottery.

No doubt they have a tape with all possible outcomes but to prove they are cheating, you'll need to look at the prize payoff to sales ratio. If the ratio over time is less than 48%, you might be on to something. IMO, fix or no fix, people will still play.
