Weird because I was taught "Probability is a measure of the likelihood of an event to occur. Events that cannot be predicted with total certainty. We can predict only the chance of an event to occur i.e. how likely they are to happen, using probability".
To keep it simple, the data provided in this thread gives just four possible front sum and back pair sum outcomes, EE, EO, OE, and OO. The probability of any of the four results being drawn in every pick-3 drawing is 25% and of course the probability against is 75%. Some say because of that each outcome should be drawn once every 4 drawings, 25 times every 100, and 250 every 1000 drawings. And overtime each should average being drawn in 25% of the drawings. But I doubt they'll find any 1000 drawings where all four are drawing 250 times.
Longer than average skips of any of the four are the results of the 75% chance against in every drawing. If EO is drawn 10 consecutive drawings and you're betting against it going for 11, the odds against any of the remaining three are 67%. The problem for the players is the payouts are not proportionate to the chances/odds/probability. If you're correct that EO is the outcome, the return is just even money.
Never saw which lottery game you're claiming your math can predict "when an event of interest's time of fruition exactly. Give an example of when probability is exact every time.

Measuring the likelihood of something happening is not the same thing as predicting something has a 100% chance of happening. Events that cannot be predicted with total certainty are not meant to be accurate. However when an event based on ticket sales like the last MM drawing when only enough tickets were purchased to cover 5.5% of the total outcomes. There was a 5.5% chance of producing a jackpot winning ticket. And was accurate to say nobody should win the jackpot. The key word being "should" because even if only one ticket was purchased there was a chance of winning.
