  Sept 13th. So here we are at mid September and the NCEL clowns have still not posted the pre-scam draws for August yet!!  If everything is supposedly "Audited" by Thomas and Gibbs nightly, then WHY THE DELAY NCEL!?!?  Texas for example posts pre-draws and they post them with EVERY DRAW!

  I swear, these people just wreak of scam more and more everyday.  Maybe someone will read this and finally post the, here:  https://nclottery.com/Content/Docs/predrawreport.txt 

  If I was a betting man (which I am), I will guess there is at least 2 trips in there the previous month

  In the meantime, if you want a FAIR shot at trips, then go to SC where they are NOT rigged.  We are at the 13th of the month and already SC had thrown 3....count 'em.......THREE trips so far this month! 

  Hats off to the SC EDUCATION Lottery (and not "E" for Extortion like in NC)  for treating their players fairly by not rigging the game!.
  
  If you have studied Numerology, then you will know that it is not unusual to get 1-3 trips a month.  NC FINALLY let one fly with Trip 5's after 4 months of not having one drawn.

  FIREBALL COMING THE 18th:  Just another scam People

  So NC(Extortion)Lottery may be happy to bring us FB next week, but I know this will just be yet another way to get more of your hard earned $$ (an extra .50 or 1.00 per played number).  Previously, they found a way to screw us over for many years when Alice created the "1-off" version of P3 and P4 Games back in 2014 or 2015.  This was a rue downhill slide for NC players when they had motivation for you to be 1-off of a number (i.e played 123 vs 124 came out) in order to pay less on your win.  It is called generating revenue and NC has been on the forefront of doing so since this crap started. 
  
  Then we had the Yellow/Red/Green ball crap that has been happening the past few years a couple of times a year, just another way for you to loose. How may won both draws when it happened?  ironically enough, many times there were 2 digits from the first draw that were just mirrored in the drawing.  Also ironic, you see the host and both machines in the opening, but when the second number came out, they host was not in the shot, that is because it was prerecorded like all of their drawings...THERE IS NO LOVE DRAWINGS!

  I am willing to bet, it will look easy when it starts out, but things will go off the rails for YOU as time goes on.  If a ball can replace another one, I am guessing it will start out with a mirror digit, then after a while, they will ensure it is 1-off most of the time so you win nothing.

  Or, scenario #2 is, you  will win more often with FB because it pays out a LOT less than if you were to hit an exact @ $250 or $500 (without FB and only spent 1/2 the $$ on that number),  a FB play would then pay $90 (.50 play) or $180 ($1 play)!!!!  Talk about then making more profit!  HOLY CRAP MAN!

  FireBall Scam Part #2
  If today was any indication, then Fireball will just be another way to get an extra .50 or 1.00 outta your pockets and increase their revenue.  Prime example, posted a set of #'s last night that had 371 in it, then had another set with 830 in it today........we got 381.  They used the good 'ole 1-off trick on us today.  IF I would have played AND FB was active and played it too, I would have spent an extra $18 (had 18 numbers and if played @ 1.00 ea) and got nothing!
  
  I will bet they will make it look easy to win with FB in the beginning, but we all know where it goes from there once they change it up on us!

  They did just that.  For veteran players of NC, you know that yoy have to look at 1, 4, 6/9 digits as interchangeable mirrors.  Yesterday  day, the 18th (first draw of FB), they pulled 224 FB was 6
  
  Last night was same way, 313 w/FB of 8, not to mention they made it look easy by giving you the 313 (same way) from the day P4 of 5313.

  

   

  Unlike SC which also has FB and only pulls on FB to apply to P3 AND P4, NC pulls a separate FB forP3 and P4.....why?

  FB COST DOUBLES COST
  
  Remember FB DOUBLES the cost of ANY ticket.  So if you play a $6 combo, it will be $12 with FB.  If you play a $24 combo in P4 (24 way say 1234), then it becomes a $48 ticket!!!!

  FYI: 5 other States pull the FireBall the same way as NC (CT, IL, TN, TX, VA) (ie: different FireBall for P3/P4).

  The FB Scam Plot Deepens and Thickens
  So is it "ironic" that 112 fell Monday (Which I hit for $500, no FB!) and the FB was 5.  The today, QR pr 21 came back with the FB of 5 from that previous draw and did not pay squat?!?!?!
  
  After only a few draws now, WOW is all I can say about FB!  Just a few days in and I cannot get a hit for NOTHING and after talking to a few of my lottery buddies at the store, they are in the same boat.  Many have not won for many months, but many more have not had a win since the FB scam started and these are VERY skilled people that used to win something everyday. 
  
  Looking further into my WO's tonight, I saw 937 STR8T as a possibility, did not play, but instead 934 was the "actual" winner and 937 was a FB which instead of getting $500, I would have only scored $180 in this scenario. "Be grateful for the win you say", but when you spend an average of $100 a drawing, then spending $200 on the same sets of #'s with FB is not even break even scenerio. 

  
  

  A TRUELY LAME Payout of only $84k after a few days of great numbers falling with big payouts,  Guess they are getting their cash back now!

  My gut tells me, more often than not, the "true" combination you pick to win STR8T is going to fall with a the FB being part of the equation so it pays MUCH less. If this is the case, there is no real way to win like you used to before this crap started.
  I have been seeing 745 in my WO's for a couple of days and wouldn't ya know it, it fell in SC today   Guess I should have taken time to head South as my numbers DO fall down there very often and no need for the FB to get a bigger win.   After all, SC had dropped 4 trips so far this month!  They want their players to win and continue to play. 

  Shameful indeed Mafia Mark, only more profit for your NCE(xtortion)Lottery and less of a chance for those people trying to win.

  BTW, I don't do this for "fame, Glory" or anything else.  As a veteran of playing NCE(xtortion)Lottery for the past  10+ years, I have seen A LOT of questionable things happen over the years and even more so recently after Mafia Mark from IGT gaming took the helm in 2018! My only hope with this thread is to help newer players and also some veteran players know what they are up against now days.

  There are not may people posting for almost 15k views of this thread in about 2 mos!

  I am not sure about anyone else, but I can't get a win to save my life since FB started!  I don't and won't play it, even though I could have gotten a small win today.  Seems like are using the FB # as part of what "should" come in the regular drawing.  That might explain they lower average payout now days.  Instead of winning $500 on a $1 STR8T, you add FB for a $2 ticket and only get $180 at best.  If they were playing fair and honest, payouts should be UP because people are also winning on FB plays.  After all, they are taking in 2x the cash when you DO play FB hoping it helps you to get a win or even a bigger win.

  Week 2 of Fireball
  His new scam is in FULL EFFECT!  I hope Mafia Mark chokes on his bonus this year, because it sure will be a  big and FAT one the way he is going.  Yet another month is passing without a trip and only one in the past FIVE MONTHS (so far!). 
  
  His new trick is to drop a trip via a pr and then the FB is the 3rd digit to make a trip!  Great way to increase their profit margin as this only pays out $190 (as a trip) instead of $500 for a real one. 
  
  You can see by the payout many more are losing than winning now days.  180 players total?  To put that into perspective there are about 1.2 MILLION people just in Mecklenburg (Charlotte)  and another approx 1.2 MILLION in Wake (Raleigh)  Counties!!!!  Out of 2.4 MILLION people, only 180 won?
