So You Think You Won?
The Fireball saga continues. A buddy of mine called this AM to say "I won w/FB". He played Trip 8's and had assumed he won $90 as 818 came out, but the FB was a 6 and in theory, you would think he won. Seeing he had 888 and middle digit being replaced with the 6 FB as it was a .50 exact play.....Logical enough right? WRONG! He called only to find out that the FB replaces a number in the DRAWN combination, NOT what is on your Ticket! Yet another reason why FB in NC is a scam to only make more $$ for them!

Must Be A Bad Dream......Right?
Defying all Numerology principles is what NCE(xtortion)Lottery did best the past month. 77pr came FIVE TIMES in 31 days......NOT even possible. Meanwhile, the list below is longest out of boxed and Straight #'s and of course we have FIVE triples amongst them.

What will it take for these crooked Ba$tards to get busted and locked up? No one in their right mind can not see how rigged this state is? The ring leader is Thomas & Gibbs as they keep allowing it to happen and they had the power to stop it LONG ago. After all, they have been the ONLY auditor for the NCE(xtortion)Lottery since it inception in 2006!

I have NEVER seen anything like this, even when Alice was at the helm. Mafia Mark certainly has new tricks he is implementing for sure. After all, when you used to WORK at the company (IGT) that creates the games and machines the lotteries use, you know better than ANYONE how to rig it! He must also be paying out a LOT of bribe money to the auditors to keep covering it up!

So once again, we had another month without a "legit" triple. That now makes the tally 2 trips in SIX MONTHS!

Why do I point this out you ask? I will tell ya why. It is because FB is new new scam so NC can say the threw a "trip", but it will come in the FB CBO's and only pay out $180 (on a $1 play) or $90 (on a .50 play) instead a of $250 or $500 as a "natural Trip. They have shown us this is about to be the norm with drawings since FB started 9/18/22.

Last night for example we had 288 w/FB of 8...making it 888 IF you spent the extra $ on FB. Again, 5 draws earlier, they brought 550 w/FB 5 making another "trip.

Keep an eye out peeps and guard your wallet!

Here we are again.....even though the lottery "TESTS" the machines 3x before they show you the video they WANT you to see, they still can't get it right. How does this seem to happen far too often for a "corporation" (they truly are) that rakes in over 10 million in sales a DAY (10.4 million a day during 2021).

As someone else pointed out, why does this not happen with the local or national news EVER? These clowns have 60 seconds of air time to fill, not even 30 mins and they still can't get it right?!?! Are we running a statewide lottery or daycare here?

In any case, as usual when this happens, there will be NO recording of the actual drawing. Instead Thomas & Gibbs, the real crooks here taking bribes for 16 years, will "certify" whatever Mafia Mark's minions decided was good for them tonight. If history tels us anything, they will throw a good number with a high payout tomorrow to "make up" for this BS. We shall see!

PS- When will this rigging madness finally end?

Sum 16, yes odds favor it but, not this much!

So from Saturday night 10/8 till Sunday night 10/9, they managed to pull sum 16 THREE TIMES IN A ROW (not possible!!!)! Then in classic NCE(xtortion)Lottery style, they decided to pull sum 17 right after it followed by 18 today. We had 198 today (Sum 18). As mentioned, we had sum 16x3 IN A ROW.......then......17....now....18......might as well play 19 tonight and tomorrow people

Now there are 27 diff sums, SOME we have not seen for quite some time due to them wanting you to "pay for a #". Take Sum 3 for example both day/night. Average skip is 90 draws or 45 days, we have not see it for 398 draws! Sum 13, should come very often, then are holding it hostage now. A sum that is usually seen on average every 14 draws is now out 60 draws, because they know people are watching for it and these may not come anytime soon because they continue to make $$ off of screwing us instead of letting numbers drop like they should!

FireBall Poll as of 10/10/22

So I have also been chatting with a few long time lottery buddies recently and have all said the same thing "P3 P4 have done to H$LL since FB started!" Many of them hae stopped playing all together because of the latest scam and according to this "not even close to scientific poll" over 50% say it is not worth it or they don't play it. I am right there with them and NOT spending 2x as much only to lose. Recently, I have seen a main # that I would play only to have it come out as part of a FB combo, that I would not play. Bottom line, if I can't do it honestly without FB, I am not about to give them even more $$ for a "chance" to even win a fake triple like 448 w/ a FB of 4 for a fake triple that only pays out $190 instead of $500. FB is a TRUE money making scam indeed and Mafia Mark knows it!

Rigging History Repeating Itself
NCE(xtortion)Lottery is still set in their old ways. They dropped 1110 in P4 on October 5th and paid out 3.7 million on that one. Since then, we have been getting SCREWED with lower and lower payouts since then. The average has been no more than 125-150k the past week! All this while he is raking in LOTS of $$ on PB, MM and his latest pet....FireBall. It is very sad indeed to see this happen over and over and nothing changes with them.

As of the 2021 figures, NC was brining in 10 MILLION + A DAY IN SALES!!! It is likely higher in 2022 with more advertising and new scams to get you to play more (FB). That is a staggering figure no matter how you look at it and 9 billion to education over 15 years is NOTHING compared to what they bring in. I am not sure where the 50% of prize payouts are landing now days, but it sure as H$LL is not coming back to P3/P4 players anytime soon! 50% would be 5+ million a DAY! I know it does not come back the same day, but you get the idea. I don't think we have even had a 5 million payout and they certainly have not hit the liability cap for MANY years now! You are more likely to get a "sold out" # like a trip then you are to actually see it drop. Not sure what the cap is now days, but it used to be about 6 million. When is the last time you saw a payout at the liability cap?!?! I can't remember if it has ever happened. It HAD happened in VA and SC because the news talks about it.

I would think if they wanted to KEEP players, they would at least have decent #'s (they know what they are going to show before a draw anyhow) so they can RETAIN players. Their philosophy is just to advertise more and get new victims over and over.

Not unlike Vegas where odds are usually with the "house", NC has taken it to the next level by brining in Mafia Mark in 2018. After he worked for IGT gaming (the ones that CREATE MANY lottery games, terminals, vending machines and scratch off tickets), I cannot understand why someone has not seen this as a conflict of interest. Don't rely on NC politicians or the Atty. General to bring it up as they get paid from $$ brought in from this "perfect" scam.

IF you have the option to play in SC, DO IT! This is my advice and also from some veteran lottery buddies I know. SC dropped FOUR(4) Trips last month and did not bat an eye at a multi-million $$ payout each time it happened and they are still up and running. It likely worked to their advantage to get new players and retain the player base they already have.

Trips Update
So we finally got a real trip August 27th day with 555, but that's all you get! Since FB started, they have pulled a "fake trip" as I call it multiple times. i.e. 448 comes out with a FB of 4....making it a trip 4, but you will only get $190 and you will ONLY get it if you play 2x the $$ with FB.

In the meantime, the NCE(xtortion)L clowns managed to start posting the pre-scams again. Here are ALL of the trips that fell ONLY in the Pre-scams the past 6 months, NOT including the 5's in the actual "live draw"from August. WOW is all I can say

Pre-Scams Posted Again
For those not familiar with what "pre-draws" are, which I call "pre-scams", this is when they "test" the machines before showing what they want you to see. They stopped posting them for a couple of months and not sure why. If everything is "audited" during the draw, they should be posted DAILY, after each draw like Texas does.

In any case, it can be cumbersome to format it correctly, so here are the last 2 mos that were "Missing" until recently. NOTE: They no longer post what they ACTUALLY showed on TV, nor any Fire Ball #'s shown. That is NOT A COMPLETED AUDIT BEING DONE and you would FAIL an audit!

A Lottery with Transparency? - Texas
So in the past I have mentioned the lack of transparency when it comes to NCE(xtortion)L. They WANT you to think that they are telling you everything and that it is all on the up and up, but believe me, it is not even close. In the past I have mentioned how Texas for example posts their machine pre-tests after every drawing as seen here: https://www.texaslottery.com/export/sites/lottery/Games/Pick_3/morning_pre_test_results.html

So the burning question is WHY does it take NCE(xtortion)L a MONTH to post their pre-scams, if it is audited daily by Thomas & Gibbs? In the past, you could not even see the pre-scam report till almost 10-15 days into the next month?!?! Shady indeed.

Meanwhile, Texas also INVITES YOU to come see a live drawing...in person! I know that NJ used to do this in the past as they would invite a Senior to come be a part of the drawing that also benefited Seniors in the community.

Just try to get NCE(xtortion)L to allow you to see a "not so live" drawing sometime and see how far you get. You won't get far as they will tell you it compromises "security" . Security of them not wanting you to know what goes on behind closed doors at the WRAL studios.

Another thing, TX is also very transparent about payouts and the fact that a few years back, they Up'd their prize payout to 66% from 55%, while NCE(xtortion)L still sits @ 50% (last time I checked). They do things to keep their players, while NC does more to lose veteran players and hopes to gain new victims by advertising more. They did this very thing a few years back when the lottery commission crooks asked if they could expand their (already large) advertising budget by another 5% or so, but the state only allowed them 2%. Word of mouth is worth more than advertising if people are happy. I used to have my own business, thought about direct mail and was not worth it. As I grew, word of mouth was FREE as people were happy with my work and referred me to others for jobs. Maybe they need to think about this philosophy a bit more, rather than ripping people off and replying on advertising to get new players!

Or do wins seems to be going downhill faster than a runaway truck in the mountains without brakes?!?!

Things first started Alice Garland implemented 1-off around Feb of 2014, that threw us all for a tail spin as this was another money making venture that fizzled out and why they shoved her out the door and brought Mafia Mark in and INCORPORATED it into the game period. The revenue generating principle was the same, play your original number for say a $1 and you would also play that number as 1-off for another $1. You could be 1-digit off (up or down as in having a 2 instead of a 3 on your P3 cbo) and still win a smaller prize usually $40 or $80 depending on how you played it

Fast forward a bit, then came Sun-It-Up, yet another revenue generator where you could pay double what your tix would cost with the "chance" to win a smaller prize. The sliding scale and payout for sums drawn was ridiculous, and all the main sums being drawn between 12-17 always came out (yes by odds, these will hit more often), but the payout for spending an extra $1 was not worth it, somewhere around $7 or $9 if sum 15 came out. Only "IF" sum 0 or 27 came out could you win another $500, be we all know how trips work in NC.

Tomorrow will mark 30 days since FB started back on Sept 18th and is seems like the ability to win has been slipping away (sloooooooowly) every since it started 30 days ago. I have been playing P3 and occasionally P4 for the past 12 years or so (lost count). I have always done this as a hobby and never had the mind set that it would be a way to become rich nor retire with it, but not even being able to get the occasional $290 straight 50/50 win now days is just plain frustrating as H$LL! In the early days of NCE(xtrortion)L, MANY of us could win one or both draws in a row when we did our homework properly and could win with 5-10 numbers a draw. Now days, you have to play a PILE of numbers because you have to flip the 6/9, play the gap numbers of 7 & 8 between 6&9, play the mirror digits, PLUS go up or down one to account for the 1-off rigging that still exists today. Only THEN do you have a snowballs chance in H#LL of winning.

While all of these new revenue generating ideas have been implemented, the same 50% prize payout structure has been in place since the beginning. I still hear schools complaining they don't have enough $.......Well we have a lottery that SHOULD kick in more because they keep taking in more from us. 9 Billion over 15 years is chump change when you bring in over 10 million A DAY in sales! I have seen other lotteries (TX for example above), INCREASE their payouts when revenue increased. Meanwhile states like SC/VA/GA just let the numbers fly and their players win more, play more and I have not heard nearly as much screaming about schools falling apart down there as I do in NC..

Final thought: As the NBC affiliates everywhere have an investigative series to find where money is going or why it is missing, I am going to use their tag line and ask "Where's The Money?" It sure is not here for the players to win that is for D*MN sure now days!!
