OfflineMy best/cheapest strategies use <=10 combos, however they rare to find within the stats so while I'm waiting on a forecast with not so many combo to play I created this strategy.
I call this my Trinity Strategy where I choose 3 key digits (7, 3, 2) which automatically combine to make 3 pairs (73, 72, 32) that I'll use to make 2 forecasts.
I expect one of the 3 pairs to win within 25 drawings and then I expect another pair to win within 25 drawings after the first win. I'm working to squeeze all the juice out of every forecast. I like to win in exact order so I'm really just using this any order strategy to help me reduce the 1,000 exact order possibilities down to <30 combos. I'll highlight a few combos to play in exact order.
Forecast #1 Level 1
Prediction Statement: 1 of the 30 combos below will be drawn within the next 25 drawings (on or before 7/28).
Game plan: I'll use the Martingale Betting system to make sure I double the ROI. No matter what at least double your ROI and reinvest what you win instead of blowing it so you can grow a bigger budget. I prefer to spend <=15% of the winnings and reinvest the rest. Just reinvest 85% of the winnings over and over until that 15% you withdraw is able to pay your bills, or do some shopping, take a vacation or whatever. Put yourself in a position to have the money that makes more money, pay your expenses for you.

I say do what works for you. There are so many ways to predict. I think in the process of creating strategies we tend to come up with our own language. So I'm going to provide somewhat of a glossary to hopefully help make it easier to follow along while I post forecasts. I also think most predictors start out by predicting classifications such as digits, positions, pairs, sums, etc.... by using what I call the predictors quadrant. I know I can't be the first to think of this concept so I'm sure someone may call them something else.
The Predictors Quadrant
1: the hot/most frequent
2: cold/least frequent
3: most recent
4: least recent/longest out
I think most may start out making predictions that they can easily do with a pencil and paper by predicting classes that are hot and/or cold within a short drawing period like 20 drawings. I feel the amount information that really needs to be analyzed is virtually impossible to do so by hand. Software is needed. Ultimately, what I've found as the most consistent way to predict, is to keep a record of the extremely low and high frequency conditions of each class (digits, positions, pairs, etc...). Just like it's not just about what works, it's about what works over time. It's not about if something is hot or cold but it's about exactly how hot or cold does it need to be before it always hits within a specific range of drawings. You must learn the basics. Learn what the Lowest Statistical Average (LSA) of every class is. The LSA is simply when a classification like digits or pairs are expected to be drawn.
This is just a small sample of LSA examples.
All digits (0-9) are expected to hit 1x every 4 drawings and 2x every 7 drawings
All single pairs are expected to hit 1x every 17 drawings and 2x every 34 drawings
All double pairs are expected to hit 1x every 34 drawings and 2x every 67 drawings
Digits in all 3 positions are expected to hit 1x every 10 drawings
Sums 12-15 are expected to hit 1x every 14 drawings
Sums 0 and 27 are expected to hit 1x every 1,000 drawings
I call HOI and LEO the BIG 2 IC's because they have more combos than the other "Little 6" IC's

I'm sure you've guessed it by now, that 3 Parts of the IC is simply the 8 IC's = HOI , LEO, HOO , LEI , HEI , LOO , HEO and LOI.
Each of 8 IC's produce three 2 Parts of the IC (2 PIC's). For example, the IC HOI produces three 2 PIC's. 1. HIGH-ODD, 2. HIGH-IN and 3. ODD-IN
There is basic information that is good for all predictors to know.
1. The Lowest Statistical Average (LSA) = The LSA basically means when a classification (pairs, positions, digits, etc..) are expected to be drawn.
I didn't even know how the mathematical formula to calculate the LSA until JimJWright explained it to me back in 2021. I've been predicting since May of 2009. I already knew what the LSA was because I bought software (shown in the pics below) that showed me the LSA but didn't give me the formula. So I had to learn the LSA of everything fo each classification on my own using the software.

Here's the formula to calculate the LSA for a single pair: (1000 - 54) / 54 = 17.5185

There are 1,000 possible exact order combos in the pick 3 game.
Some people are more visual learners so let me find a pic real quick.

There are 45 any/box order single pairs (01, 56, 09, etc..) and there 10 any/box order double pairs (00, 88, 99).
If you upgrade your lottery post membership then you can use the pick 3 wheel generator to see the that a pair like 01 generates 54 exact order combos.
So in the formula (1000 - 54) / 54 = 17.5185, subtract 54 from 1000 = 946 then divide 946 by 54 which = 17.5185
So single pairs are expected to be drawn once/1x every 17 drawings. 2x every 34 drawings.
If you predict pairs then this is good information to know.
There are 27 sums.
If you predict sums then it's best to familiarize yourself with the LSA of each sum.
Test your strategy an initial 25 times. If you can't even win 25 consecutive times then there's a high chance your strategy sucks and you just need to keep making improvements until your accuracy rate improves enough to win at least 25 times in a row. Then work work on winning 50 times in row. Then on to 100 times and so on.
Yall are going to learn to stop trying to win on the very next drawing. I usually start out developing a new strategy to win within >100 drawings, then down to 50 drawings, and then down to <25 drawings.
Here's a few quick nuggets before I go.
Give your strategy a grade before you play it.
I say test your strategy an initial 25 times and if it passes then test it 100 times to give it a grade just like in school. How many times out of 100 tests can your strategy win.
It's hard for me to trust playing another predictors' combos that are not in the League because it's often difficult to verify their track record of wins and losses. Forget talking about what you can do. I need to see evidence of your performance results over time online preferably in one place/thread like the Predictor's League.
Know the Hit Record of your strategy.
The Hit Record is the number of drawings it takes for your strategies to always win/hit.
Does your best strategy always win within 25 drawings? If so, then see if you can pass Level 1 and join the League.
The One Hit Record = The number of drawings it takes to win 1 time.
The Two Hit Record = The number of drawings it takes to win 2 times. Simple right?
Know your Two, Three, Four or Five Hit record before you attempt to win multiple time with the same combos. At least know the One Hit record if nothing else.
You are not going to be as precise as you should be without knowing basic stats like the Hit Record of all of your strategies.
