What's definite is that we haven't reached the point where sales start to go up quickly, but the last PB didn't start to go up quickly until it got past $600 million.

Because sales depend on the size of the jackpot, and at $5 a ticket a given increase in jackpot size doesn't draw very many extra players into the game. Still, revenue for a given jackpot size has only dropped below what it was at $2 per ticket for the last couple of drawings. The last time MM got past $600 million was at $2 per ticket and sales started picking up at about that amount. Base on what I see I think it looks like players are behaving about the same way at $5 as they did at $2, but there are only about half as many players.
