Everett

I did find a date for the beginning of Superlottoplus in Ca. 6/7/2000.  Actually, all I had to do was go into Lottopro and look for the very first draw date.

Thanks for the link for the Newsletter Archives. I did go in and check it out. Interesting stuff there.

    To Littleoldlady,

The samething happen a few year ago in Chicago befor Illionios had the BigGame, a bartender would go up to Wisconsin to pick up Powerball tickets for his friend and customers.  One of the ticket he picked up was worth nearly $200M and the friend told him he would make the trip worth his troulbe.  It seem the he thought his trouble should have been worth $1M each for him and his wife and his friend thought $10K was plenty for both of them and they ended up in court.  There was a case in Alabama where a guy drove to Georgia ever week and bought ticket for the BigGame(Megamillions) and tipped the waitesses at a near-by cafe with some of those lottery tickets expecting if any of them ever hit big they would share the winnings with the whole crew and buy him a new pickup, but when one the waitess won $17M, she didn't remember him or working at the cafe.  He tried to go to court, but the state of Alabama said playing the lottery was illegal and he was on his own.  When it comes to sharing the cost of a cup of coffe or a drink, everybody is a friend, when comes to sharing a lottery jackpot, you don't have any friends.

That is so true.  I remember about the waitress story.  that was in the news.  She never did get that guy a pick-up either.  She kept the whole thing for herself.  That is why when I play with anyone else, I USE A CONTRACT!  It is always better to work that way because if you are playing even among friends, the human condition of "greed" can get in the way.

If you know your number is going to hit, have patience and then KILL IT!

You never know when you will get another hit.

          FJA,

you are correct although i cannot remember the details.

i have a brother who is less than "trustworthy".  he is the black sheep of the family.  although i don't think he would get the soprano's after me,  he probably would come after a "chunk".

that's why i personally preach anonymity...

black sheep have a way of multiplying when there is alot of money involved...i agree with the low profile strategy
