  The numbers in red are your hit that you are working out. So from the last number in your hit, which is 9, you continue counting up and around in counterclockwise until you meet the 9. Looking at the TTT chart we see that the 6 and 8 are missing so we make that our pair and put each number in red with the pair.

  684  664  884  668

  Now we make our two list, the TTT list of number and our pairs list:

  TTT list of numbers: 421, 370, 459, 434, 275, 109, 174

  Missing list of numbers: 684, 687, 689, 664, 667, 669, 884, 887, 889, 668, 886

  Now all you do is look at the two groups of numbers and pick which ones you feel have the best chance of coming out.  You need to look for the hot, cold and due numbers in your state to determine which ones to play out the 17 numbers.  If you do your workouts daily, you will find certain numbers will repeat and tend to be the number that is about to fall.  Do some workouts for the last two weeks to find out what pattern your numbers fall from.  So states the numbers tend to come consistently from the TTT chart and others tend to come from the pairs list.

  Hi NBey6,

  I'm intrigued by your matrix system and wonder why you add the new digits counter clockwise from the lower right. Why not clockwise from the upper left? Is there an pragmatic test governing your method?

  NEB, I put your system into an excel spreadsheet... it does the missing numbers but not the TTT... if you would like a copy for SC or any other state, send a PM with state and e-mail. I am a believer in open exchange of ideas in pick 3/4 games and will e-mail a copy of the sheet (either filled with your state's last 100 or blank and ready to fill) to anyone who requests one for free... I have sent out almost a dozen already... all I ask in return is that if anyone finds an improvement that they post it here for all to benefit from. I generally stick to stat-based formulas for systems, but your hunch sounded like a fun project for excel and it was easier than I thought... if enough want it I could probably include TTT in the mix... too bad we don't have a small file upload/download area here.

  Interesting is that in every state I have done them for so far, they come out ahead in the last 100 games (depending on what the state pays for a straight) in the EVENING draws, but not in the midday draws... Now I didn't incorporate the TTT portion because others have done that and I was keeping the pool of playable numbers to a minimum (right now it generates 9, you are required to ignore duplicates). I don't really play the pick 3 but I track all of the games in PA.

            There is no a priori reason for filling the matrix clockwise from the lower right.

  
            One might as well do it counterclockwise and also start at the upper left corner.

            Has anybody tried this besides myself? So far in the CT Play 3 game the result

            has been a looser.
