Hi, my name is jim casey, and I collect Scratch tickets from all over the U.S. and I am looking for other traders of tickets, or even sellers of certain tickets, to do business with. My home state is MA (which is where scratch tickets originated in the U.S. back in 1974) I welcome any and all correspondence at yellow1@ix.netcom.com (there is a spamarrest email that will be sent back to you from this address the first time you write, you can either authorize yourself from that email, or I can authorize it from my end, as long as it looks like a real email ie:lottery, or ticket in the emails heading) I hope to hear from a lot of you.

thanks.

Jim Casey

Hope you don't collect ANNUITY-ONLY scratches.

Yes, I know Mass Millions is not a scratch game.

            861:

The new game will be called Cash Winfall, with overall odds similar to scratch tickets.

I like to collect lotery tickets from all the states I visit.  Right now I think I have lottery tickets from 32 different states and provinces.  To me Oregon and Wash offer the best games.  NY the worst.  Kentucky and its cashball intrigues me too.

qutgnt: when you say "best games" how do you mean? most fun to play? or best payback for your money? or best designs?

The NY Lotto 6/59 has the worst payback of any US lottery game.

yes it does. also, i know a guy who would ask us to keep losing scratch-offs whenever he hits the big 4 so he couls write them off as losses on his taxes.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

I'm obviously critical of the NY annuity-only scratch games.

I have played scratch tickets in CA, MA, NH and RI.

In CA I had to cash the winning ticket in the same store I bought it from.

I think MA had the best tickets, in payout percentage and design until we elected a conservative republican as governor. The design is still good but winning is really much harder now, especially on the $10 tickets. He even changed the keno games from 5 minute intervals to 4 minute intervals to increase state revenues. Now keno starts at 5am instead of the old time of 11am. Gotta squeeze every penny out of them keno players. If you want to win the lottery always vote for a liberal.

i've tried PA, OH, NY, MA, KY, WV, and IN. OH, IN, and KY have some good ones. WV has scratch keno, which i really like. PA and OH don't go for new game styles too often. OH won't even change the name sometimes.
