 the list is 368-367-668-628-347-661-721-772-761-728.

what i did for this one is reverse the lead numbers using 3rd column as lead because I noticed in tne past posts this occured on a few of the past boxes,so lets see what happens. Wish me luck.

retxx....Now I'm wondering if I have something or not. I abandoned the retxx profile you sent, since it wasn't working for the WI P3 game. I reverted back to my Badger Profile just to see what it would produce. Here is what it produced:

(BADGER PROFILE) ---PARAMETERS SAVED. FOR 9/23/04

    Matrix - Biased Wheel

    0 2 2

    3 6 7

    6 7 8

    7 8 9

    Number of Filtered Combinations:31

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    067-077-087

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    327-328-329-362-367-368-369-372-377-378-379-382-387-388

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    627-628-629-662-667-672-682

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    722-727-728-729-762-772-782

Yeah...the drop tonight was 662. Of course, there is no way I would have played 31 combos, but this may be promising. I swear...this game is enough to make a person crazy !

                                                                  0 2 5

                                                                  2 5 6

                                                                  4 9 7

      the plays are;592-594-562-694-624-690-720-722-760-724.

I will still try using the 3rd column as the lead.

Yeah. 2 out of 3 is what I got here. Much too early for giving up. Too much potential. Also, the individual games seem to change (they switch ball sets or whatever) and then it seems when the state does this, it takes a little while for the matrices to "catch up". Once you start seeing that the game has "stabilized" the program does indeed seem to provide much better results. Then the state will change something again (&$^%%#^##&&& ! ) just to make it even more diffcult, and you start over. <sigh>

Badger and Retxx, have you tried using the workout that sedertree has in the help file which tells how to get about 8 picks to stick with that will dventually show. I just checked those numbers with numbers that came out in my states game and found that it gave me a boxed hit. Just wondering if you tried it at all.

                Golgo,

Yeah that's the 20/80 Workout. Problem is right now the program won't produce any combinations past the filters for my game here at anything under 40/60. When it finally does, I will be again looking at the 20/80....it worked well for me before.

                    Hey Guys,

Badger brings up an interesting point tonight at Golgo's inquiry about the use of the 20/80 Matrix.

Let's say you develop a winning profile using a 60/40 Matrix. Including; Perm Limits, S/T and Sum Range.

That profile is only going to produce in the future if applied to a 60/40 Matrix. Dropping a 60/40 Matrix down to a 20/80 Matrix with that profile in place is not going to pass ANY numbers very often.

A 20/80 (Biased) Matrix on the other hand can be produced anytime (8 Picks). No filtering necessary, since the numbers are crunched internally. The only settings that you should have to worry about with such a small matrix is the Bias Setting. The Bias Setting changes what SMWS considers to be an actual Bias.

In effect YOU are telling SMWS that a digit is Biased if it repeats in the same position X number of times.

                    ----------------------------------------------------

As for my programming update. I have spent considerable time learning the ins and outs of working with strings. Parsing/Stripping the winning numbers only from the drawfile into a listbox. Then passing only the number and a delimiter (-) for the number of draws that the user wants to see stats for, from that list into a new string.

The hard part is done on the Position Chart. All I need to do now is use Len(),Mid(),Right() or Left() statements dmbedded in a loop to tabulate the frequency of each digit based on position. Then pass those values to that awesome graph in my last screenshot. I've set a user limit of 100 Draws to analyze. Why?

                    A: Less is More

In statistics a sample works just as well as data gathered from an entire population.

                    B: Space Constraint

Graphs can grow to large proportions depending on the amount of data you are tabulating.

                    C: Need for Speed

The biggest turnoff is to have to wait for a stats engine to analyze your data. My code is fast... True I haven't created a graph yet. However, my parser strips the winning numbers from my entire drawfile (to '98) and creates a new string of the last 100 winning numbers in .25 seconds. I'm using an Athlon XP 1800+ cpu and 512MB of Ram.

                    Back to work.....

                      George,

Thanks for te posting. Interesting and useful info....helps me understand a bit more what some aspects of the program is doing.

Also thanks for the update on your current work. Although I seldom have had to use the 500 draw limit, I would agree that statistically a 100 draw sample should give one data as useful as a 500 draw sampling. ALthough the only time I have used the 500 draw sampling of the current version was to get a handle on each of the S/T filters and how often each occured in our game here. However, thinking about it now, the percentages really shouldn't change significantly if only using a 100-draw sampling.

Last night the draw was 505

                        Tonight it was 550

This sort of nonesense happens way too much for my taste in our game.

                            retxx,

Draw tonight was 890 - it was in the 60/40 matrix as a box (089) but since it was a TTT format, and that is the lowest probability for our game, I filtered it out. And I still ended up with a generated 107 combos, which is, of course, unmanageable.

For tomorrow I show 146 combos. <sigh>  Still, the matrix is helpful. Picking out what's going to hit is going to take some other avenues of inspection.
