Gingrich makes a good point. This is about racketerring. The email server and the missing emails contain the evidence to prosecute both Bill and Hillary, Chelsea and many others of racketeering. May even get Obama in the crossfire.

The Clinton Foundation truly is a criminal organization. I suspect Comey didn't pursue charges on the emails as a way to get the Clinton crime family and leftist media to take their eye off the ball, while the FBI quietly persued RICO charges.

Maybe the Clinton's thought they had Comey bought and paid for but...being the FBI director that brought down the biggest political crime family in history and wrecking a corrupt national political party in the process, is worth so much more money than Hillary can cough up. Think of the book deals, legacy, etc.

Last night a leaked memo was revealed, indicating FBI director James Comey's stated reasons for reopening the Clinton email probe upon discovering what now appear to be tens of thousands of Huma Abedin emails located on Anthony Weiner's notebook. Comey revealed two core reasons for the action: a sense of obligation to lawmakers and a concern that word of the new email discovery would leak to the media and raise questions of a coverup. What he did not reveal, and as has emerged overnight from a report by the New Yorker's Jane Mayer, is that Comey also acted in contravention to DOJ practices, and more importantly, acted contrary to the "preference" of DOJ head Loretta Lynch, whose infamous meeting with Bill Clinton on the Phoenix tarmac at the end of June will likely be reassessed in light of these latest revelations.

According to the New Yorker, "Comey's decision to make public new evidence that may raise additional legal questions about Clinton was contrary to the views of the Attorney General, according to a well-informed Administration official. Lynch expressed her preference that Comey follow the department's longstanding practice of not commenting on ongoing investigations, and not taking any action that could influence the outcome of an election, but he said that he felt compelled to do otherwise."

In a 2011 memo, an aide to Bill Clinton laid out the messy relationship between the Clinton Foundation and the former president's personal interests, detailing how some foundation donors also paid Clinton to speak and provide consulting services.

The memo was released on Wednesday as part of a Wikileaks dump of Hillary Clinton's campaign chairman John Podesta's hacked emails.

Doug Band, a long-time aide to Bill Clinton, wrote the 2011 memo as part of an internal audit at the Clinton Foundation. In trying to explain his role in the Foundation, Band also brought up a series of instances he and his consulting company, Teneo Holdings, helped Bill Clinton secure for-profit contracts.

The memo, which was being circulated to some in Clinton's inner circle including Podesta, reinforces Republican criticisms of the blurred lines between the foundation and professional interests of the Clintons and their associates.

"Independent of our fundraising and decision-making activities on behalf of the Foundation, we have dedicated ourselves to helping the President secure and engage in for-profit activities � including speeches, books, and advisory service engagements," Band wrote. "In that context, we have in effect served as agents, lawyers, managers and implementers to secure speaking, business and advisory service deals. In support of the President's for-profit activity, we also have solicited and obtained, as appropriate, in-kind services for the President and his family � for personal travel, hospitality, vacation and the like."

It is time for the peace movement to re-organize, grow and mobilize. Hillary Clinton has a consistent record of supporting war and we should begin to organize to stop escalation with Syria, Ukraine and Russia. We have written about the need for #NoHoneymoon for Hillary protests. These should begin as soon as possible and continue through her inauguration. To stop her worst instincts of Wall Street and war policies her presidency must be engulfed in protest so these unpopular policies can be prevented.

Weapons makers are investing in the new "cold" war with Russia and are telling their investors that the threat of war with Russia is great for business. These weapons profiteers need to be exposed and protested as well. The peace movement should be demanding that the US stops selling weapons to the Saudis, who are supplying ISIS as well as to other countries, like Israel, who are using them to kill civilians.

Anyone who is paying the slightest attention should be under no illusions that Hillary Clinton will oppose war and militarism. Unlike President Obama she will not receive a Nobel Peace Prize � people know who she is and what she has stood for. As Andrew Levin writes "a vote for Clinton really is a vote for war � for intensifying the wars Obama inherited or initiated, for starting others, and for provoking Russia, and its vilified leader enough to advance the Doomsday Clock by a significant amount."

The peace movement must grow large enough and militant enough so that Hillary Clinton and the neocons, humanitarian warriors and other war hawks she has surrounded herself with cannot ignore the movement. She and the Democrats must see very quickly that supporting more militarism will cost them the mid-term elections and the next presidency. Her donors must be made to realize that a nuclear war with Russia is not something they will survive. The public is exhausted from 15 years of war under the banner of the Global War on Terrorism. People know that there is less stability in the world and less security at home because of the ongoing wars. The public is with us.

Scarborough, 'Morning Joe' Panel Rip Clintons: They Keep Crossing The Line And Then Are Shocked At Investigations

The Morning Joe panel discussed at length the Washington Post story printed Wednesday night that goes inside of 'Bill Clinton Inc.' Joe Scarborough and the panel spent a significant time debating the "ethical and moral deficit" of the Clintons.

Scarborough criticized former Clinton aide Doug Band for "bragging" about pay to play hustling. Scarborough asked for the New York state Attorney General to launch an investigation into the foundation and called for the Clinton Foundation to "shut down" for the time being.

Ron Fournier later joined the panel and argued with Clinton loyalist Steve Rattner on the significance of the WaPo findings and pay-for-play action including the Clinton State Department and Clinton Foundation. MSNBC's Kasie Hunt commented this is just a preview of "what comes next" under a Clinton presidency. She said it makes the American public question if they are "ready to have the Clintons back in the White House."

Erica Garner, the daughter of police chokehold victim Eric Garner, ripped the Hillary Clinton campaign in a series of tweets Thursday after new campaign emails released by WikiLeaks showed how the Democratic nominee's staffers discussed the death of her father.

"I'm troubled by the revelation that you and this campaign actually discussed 'using' Eric Garner ... Why would you want to 'use my dad?" Garner tweeted along with a link to emails released by WikiLeaks. "These people will co opt anything to push their agenda. Police violence is not the same as gun violence.

"I'm vey (sic) interested to know exactly what @CoreyCiorciari meant when he said 'I know we have an Erica Garner problem' in the #PodestaEmails19," added Garner.

Michelle Obama called out Trump's remarks with the words, "What message are our little girls hearing about who they should look like, how they should act?" Nicki Minaj, another rapper whom she and her husband brought to the White House, answers that question in "Hey Mama," "Make sure mama crawls on her knees keep him pleased rub him down be a lady and a freak" and also "Yes I do the cooking/ Yes I do the cleaning/ Yes I keep the nana real sweet for your eating/ Yes you be the (boss) yes I be respecting." It doesn't take a feminist to dismiss these words as belonging in a fundamentalist "Islamic" country, assuming that they ever belonged anywhere at all.

a) Hillary said she only deleted personal emails dealing with yoga and her daughter's wedding, so the joke will be on we "haters" as we probably discover she and the caterer had a minor tiff about the dessert tray or something. Won't that be funny? Hillary haters with nothing to do except read thousands of emails talking about what a nice normal exercise and wedding planning mom she is?

b) Hillary said there will be no classified information that may endanger the security of the United States because she never sent that type of stuff.

c) Since the Clinton Foundation is really her *personal* business, it is very unlikely she will be emailing with anyone she did business with during the course of her duties at the State Department, which might look like corruption, cronyism, and illegal "pay-to-play" schemes.

d) This mythical release of deleted emails probably won't even happen, because Hillary SAID she was never ever hacked in the first place, so the rich guy in New Zealand who made his money in computer stuff probably was just mouthing off to get attention, since there is NO WAY she would have lied to you, right?

e) And lastly, with her well know penchant for truth telling and personal integrity, no one on the planet would even think about believing their lying eyes if emails that look like evidence of her not being truthful and candid were to show up, because Russia is Scary and so is Trump.
