  The next time you have a disagreement or confrontation with someone, attempt to understand that person's concerns. 

  To live your life in the way you choose, you have to be a bit rebellious.  You have to be willing to stand up for yourself.

  Are you in prison?  You are if your happiness comes from something you deposit, drive, drink or digest.  Make a sincere effort to break out of the prisons that confine you.
