Bush Administration

Seymour Hersh reports pallet-loads of cash floating around Iraq being funneled to terrorist groups.  Mr. Hersh reports that the Bush administration is funding anti-Shiite Sunnis linked to al Qaeda without Congressional approval and without appropriate appropriation.  He says that the president is "supporting groups indirectly that are involved with the same people that did 9/11."

Civil Obedience

"Civil disobedience is not our problem.  Our problem is civil obedience.  Our problem is that people all over the world have obeyed the dictates of leaders....and millions have been killed because of this obiedience....Our problem is that people are obedient all over the world in the face of poverty and starvation and stupidity, and war, and cruelty.  Our problem is that people are obedient while jails are full of petty thieves....(and) the grand thieves are running the country."          Howard Zinn
