  Those who behave in ways that you dislike are sending out their disharmony towards you because that's all they have to give away.  Hating them is akin to hating moss for growing on the tree.

  "The American diet is slowly killing us.  Red meat contribute to heart disease.  Soft drinks corrode our stomach lining.  Chineese food is loaded with MSG.  There are germs in our drinking water.  But there is one thing that is most dangerous of all, and we all have, or will, eat it.  Would anyone care to guess what food causes the most grief and suffering for years after eating it?"

  Make a conscious decision to look for what is right and pleasing in others.  Decide that you're going to disregard stereotypes, and refuse to engage in conversations that dwell on judging anyone.

    Happiness and success are inner processes that we bring to Life's undertakings, rather than something we get from "out there."
