I crashed my installation of Windows XP (Again).

It is a very good thing that long ago I made my computers fixable.

It is good to make your computers multiboot, that is how my computers will not be for way too long down, at least so far.

My computers can still crash and stay crashed for good, but it is much harder for that to come to happen.

No I didn't lose any of my softwares, I know enough about computers and WinXP and have also software to help recover from problems such as that.

That partition was already too beat-up anyway from so much messing with it, I needed a fresh copy, that is one of the good things about having made my Pc multiboot and I did it by myself (long ago), no computer tech at all.

Old Bill comes out with new operating system more or less often, WinXP is not too bad and there is a lot of software for it, with new operating system you have to wait for softwares to come out, many lottery programs only work on old operating systems as those softwares were made long ago.

If you know Microsoft there might soon enough be a Windows 9 and then a Win 10, there is no end to that.

So long as you have the software that you need for you computer and operating system, Why change so often?

Many people can't use their lottery programs anymore nor can they use DOS programs either.

I have already a lot of software for WinXP, so why change untill I really need to?

I never used Windows 1 nor Win 3 nor Win 95 nor Windows Millenium nor Win 2000 nor Win Vista nor Win7, I used Win98SE and from there I went to WinXP.

Paleo Diet, FAT, Protein, Carbohydrates And Energy.

It seems as if a person should get their energy either MOSTLY from Fat or from carbohydrates, but not from both of them.

And it seems as if Fat is the better source.

Perhaps if a person eats a lot of fat then that person should not eat a lot of carbohydrates and if a person eats a lot of carbohydrates then that person should not eat a lot of fat.

Also a lot of protein and a lot of carbohydrates maybe should not be eaten in the very same meal that is at the same time.

Also maybe the proper order might be:

First carbohydrates

Second protein

Fruits maybe should be taken alone by themselves and not mixed with other foods.

--------

Maybe vegetables can be eaten at any time with any other foods or by themselves, they go well with protein and also with carbohydrates.

Fat can be taken alone or with protein foods, I don't know if it would be O.K. to eat together fat with carbohydrates, but if so then it should be mostly fat and very little carbohydrates or mostly carbohydrates and very little fat.

They say that burning fat gives much higher energy than burning carbohydrates.

The body will best burn one or the other, but not both.

Added Some More. About Getting Old And Sick, Some Ideas.

About animals like humans:

If we don't use muscles they get atrophied, so use or lose.
The cells need nutrition they need to eat, but they need exactly what they need, not too little nor too much.
but they can handle, at least for a time too little and or too much.
If too much, then the body gets older quicker, waste accumulates in the tissues, I think, when cells multiply and or get replaced very small errors are made and those small errors accumulate, ergo we get old, waste accumulation in the tissues and errors, the errors might not happen just because of the accumulation of wastes in the tissues as time goes by, there might also be other reasons.
Being alive and using your body does cause breakdown, the body rebuilds itself little by little, the body that we have right now is not the same that we had years ago.
Looks the same or older, but the atoms and cells that we had were replaced.
Why do we look older instead of younger if the body replaces itself all of the time?
It replaces itself with very tiny small mistakes that stay, accumulate and get worse in time.
Failures (errors) in the reproduction of the cells not only stay, but compound and get worse.
A cell needs to have exactly the nutrition that it needs and no more, over-eating makes us older quicker.
Eating the wrong kind of food also makes us older quicker.
We are not going to stay here very long anyway no matter what we eat and how much of it, but maybe we should not be in such a hurry to go.
So what we eat and how much can hurt the body.
What we drink and how much can hurt the body.
What we breathe and how much can hurt the body.
What our body or skin comes in contact with can hurt us.
Trauma to the body can hurt us.
What does Dr Clark said that the cause of disease is?
Parasites, toxins, pollutants and microorganisms that invade or come in contact with us.
Not getting any or not getting enough of the right nutrients can make us sick.
Getting too much nutrients can also make us sick.

The body recovers of some things up to a point and not 100%.

Residual or left-over damage accumulates.

Does thought and feelings (the mind) of a person interferes with the right replication of body tissues (cells)?

It is anybodies guess, but it might be so.

Is there a state of mind that might help the body? Again, it is anybodies guess, but it might be so.

The body seems to take care of itself at another mind level or there might be another mind level that takes care of the body, a level of which we are not aware of and don't have control over.

There is a problem somewhere as there are recovery and replication errors and there should not be.

Mythology tells us of beings that always ate and drank exactly the same food, a food that was exactly what their bodies needed in order for them to be able to live a very long time, so long that the rest of the people believed  them to be immortals, as they themselves would get old and die long before those other beings did.

So much for the theory that we should eat some of everything, instead we should eat only exactly that which we really need, that is only the nutrients that we really need.

The problem is that we really don't know 100% for sure what it is that we really need and how to get it.

So we eat a lot of things and hope that the body will take from there what we need, it seems to be so, more or less, but it is not quite 100% right.

There might also be a kind of code in us that restricts and or prevents us from living longer.

But in general that code should allow us to live at least or an average of 120 years.

That is if we have 1000 persons and count all the years that they lived before they died and devide those years by 1000 we should get about or close to 120 years most of the time or more often than not, we should get an average of 120 years, because some people should live a little more than 120 years and some a little less than 120 years.

That is not happening at all, so there is something wrong.

High Blood Pressure?

There is food that might or not help those who have high blood pressure, but people should also try to not eat any sugar in any of its forms including fructose nor any artificial sweeteners of any kind at all, do stay away from high-fructose corn syrup and try to not eat too much fruit if you have high blood pressure.

People should also try to not cook food in oil, but if any oil is eaten then try to use olive oil, grapeseed oil, coconut oil, fish oil and or flaxseed oil, but the pure natural kind.

High blood pressure might be somewhat related to obesity, diabetes and cancer, so what helps for one of them might also help for the others and what makes worse for one might also worsen the others.

I am not a M.D. so take what I write at your own risk.

Potassium and magnesium might help, maybe even calcium so try to eat foods that have enough of them.

These foods might also help:

Eat several maybe 4 or 5 small meals a day.

Eat plenty of vegetables, but not so many fruits

For meat, eat mostly sea food.

Don't eat simple carbohydrates instead eat complex carbohydrates.

Also have fiber, protein, fat in the form of good oils.

Always eat breakfast and I mean "Always" and I don't mean just tea, juice or coffee, but have a meal.

Don't eat just before going to bed.
