Single numbers hit 72% of the time in pick-3 and so..... 

 

  Question 1. 

      Is the next number going to be Mostly ODD .....or ....Mostly EVEN ?

           Will the next number be Mostly HIGH ...or.......... Mostly LOW ?

               Those are your2 questions you will use each time.     This will give you the  20 box single numbers to look at each day.

 

 

                     If you answered both questions correctly.......  you will have the winning single numbers right in front of you most of the time. 

       

                               Answer 2 times correctly .....and you will always get the right single numbers over 68% of the time !

                                          *   Because singles only hit 72% of the time anyway..........68% is pretty good yes?  You bet !

                                                                                We just have to tuff our way through that 4%

                                                         You want better than those odds...?  You would have to suffer through a 3rd Question. LOL 

Tip number 1.

 

If your missing digit is an ODD Digit ..... best chances are to assume the digit winning number will come as a .....MOSTLY to ALL ODD number ! 

Anyone know why? 

 

Same for missing an EVEN Digit........... best chances are ......it will win as an Mostly to ALL Even number !

                                                                                                     NO ......Digit RETURNS

 

  We all know that MOST OF THE TIME  at least one digit will return next draw and use that Stat to trap a win that way right?  Some folks use the old 2 digit return trap.

            Did you know that there is a trap for using a ....NO DIGIT RETURN  ?  Sure there is ......and it works more than you might think. 

   If you don't use ANY of the digits from the previous draw you filter out a powerful amount of numbers that's for sure. 

   How many? Would you believe ......out of the 120 Box Singles Chart you can subtract 85 numbers !! 

   Now then ..... from all the Box singles that exist in the world ......... that leaves us with only 35 singles to begin our drag net. 

 

                                          So, Now you don't have to fish in the OCEAN  anymore ....you can fish in the KIDDY POOL! 

                        You don't have to play all 35 singles each time of course ......but it's a lot easier to start off with 35 than in is 120 

 

  FYI...

       no digit returns happen about 34% of the time counting doubles etc. 

     Average state gets about 263 single boxes a year.....and of those about 55 of them are NO Digit Returns.

     That works out to about ONE a week !  LOOK out for these because they are good traps. 

     So, if you see your game hasn't had one in 4 or  5 single box draws......it's a good time to try one of these TRAPs.   

     When you filter out all 3 of the previous digits......you are actually filtering out 657 straights of the 1000 chart. 

 Great Thread From 2004.......the old days. Great for beginning players to start with. May save a lot of time.....and perhaps a little money too. 

 

 New players might enjoy seeing about these lottery basics. Things everyone pretty much takes for normal these days. A lot of this stuff was actually ground breaking lottery strategy at the time. Folks were actually trying to get real handles on the lottery. They were trying to communicate with each other .....and with things they had learned and the tools....charts and strategies  they had put together.

 

 In the old days there wasn't a lot of published charts floating around ......so these were like GOLD and the first time a lot of them had been seen in public. 

 The Year 2004 was a long time ago for this thread......but this is good stuff for a new member or player to check out at least once.

...... I joined Lottery Post officially in 2002 but had been arafter rat long before that starting around 2001. Before that I had been at "Maybells Lottery Forum" ......and brother ......what a relief it was when Todd and LP came along. Before that I thought I was the only person in the World that was trying to play the game with things other than just LUCK. It sure was nice to know others had the same hobby and approached it with serious goals.....using serious methods.

It was to convey a simple mathematical truth.   . It was also a very early blog entry ....before blog post were permanent...and was deleted. The original idea was also posted on the old Maybell's Forum and even further back even unto the 80's. It has been RE-posted many times and sometimes incorrectly leaving things out........including the original author.  Win d's "The Old Man's Zeros Trick"  The old man's zero trick is a great way to learn about Pick-3 patterns and digit frequency. It's also a very good thing to help you remember each time you see a ZERO. This trick works in about 90% of the cases and good in all states.   O.K. this trick you really will have to play at Home in your on state on your own State's P-3 data base.   1. Run your finger down the hits on your data base and each time you see a Zero ......stop.   2. Now, look around that Zero for either a digit # 3 ...or...digit #6. *They are always there about 90 % of the time ...one or the other.       Examples:              A.  123        B.  467        C.  105 *             204              669            381             297               301             445   3. Sometimes the Zero will hit with both the digit 3 and 6 ...but most times it is one or the other.    Remember 90% of the time when you see a Zero there is always a 3 or 6 near by.  Those times a 3 or 6 has not hit with the Zero it means anotherZero is about to hit.   Check your own State's data base out and find the Zero's. Look at the day before ......if no 3 or 6 then look at the day the Zero hit for the 3 or 6 .....if there wasn't Well,.....you better get ready for a 3 or 6 to Hit The Next Day !    Remember .....3's or 6's love to touch or hit the 1.day before Zero hits. 2...the day of the zero hit 3..or this is the best part... (the *next day after the Zero hits)!   (otherwise look for another zero to hit) and then the 3 or 6                       The only real failure .....is the failure to try.                                                                  Luck is a very rare thing....... Odds not so much.                                Odds never change .....but probability does.                                                                                         Win d

                  How often can we trap a Double .......betting a digit will repeat from the last double ? 

 

      Answer:

    A digit will repeat from the last double in the very next double ....... over 1/3 (+) of the time....or actually 37.8% 

 

 

         Perhaps even better ........ !

             ..... we could also bet against the last double digits repeating....... and be right .... 60% + (62%)   of the time.

        Nice filter huh ?  Bet along with the Odds..... and most of the time you will win.  Anytime we can say "Most of the time" it's a keeper. Right ?

         2... 100 numbers missing... 64 singles 34 doubles + 2 trips 384 singles+ 102 doubles +2 trips = 488 numbers total...  48% Almost Half the 1000 numbers chart! 

 

3.... 136 numbers missing ..85 singles 48 doubles + 3 trips 10 singles + 144 doubles + 3 trips = 657 numbers total. 66% 

 

4 ... 164 numbers missing ...100 singles + 60 doubles + 4 trips 600 singles + 180 doubles + 4 trips = 784 numbers total....  78% 

 

5... 185 numbers missing ... 110 singles + 210 doubles + 5 trips.. 660 singles + 210 doubles + 5 trips = 875 numbers total..88 %

Sounds like a plan would be helpful huh ! 

Playing for over 25 years, it’s

obvious to me that there are fundamental strategies .....and principles that

are timeless in their value..........they help me stay focused and are a critical

component to running a successful "game tracking strategy".

Without hesitation, being consistent in your work habits and following up

remain key factors. This is especially true in Pick 3. When

doing pick 3 tracking and betting ......I remind folks they can work their

hobby part time or full time ......but ................some time is not an option..

Being consistent means having an action plan and a commitment to gaals to achieve results that are measurable.  

 

Choosing consistency as a way to operate sets a pattern that combats

laziness, keeps you focused and strengthens your determination to track and win like a professional.

Certain behaviors have a direct impact on how you view yourself  and if it's ......

negatively or positively. All of us know people who don't do what they say 

they will do  .....and are always late and usually unfocused.  These

people do not do well in Pick 3.....and especially in their life.. Past experience has proven

repeatedly, you can’t count on unreliable feelings .....because inconsistent

behavior doesn’t foster confidence. On the other hand, we all have

people in our lives who demonstrate reliability ......and they only need to be asked

once to complete any task and they have built a reputation for positive

performance.......and positive actions .

It doesn't matter .......  what road they choose ...... “negative” or non- productive

Their Consistent behavior is always evident.

 

          How does one make consistency a hobit ??

Take a look at your results behavior and identify where a well thought out

plan or strategy is in your best interests. You might begin with daily to do lists, a

reliable day timer or even ......just a calander . Decide that every play ticket that  you

keep will be entered into your data base. Decide to say “Yes” and play only to a

a game situation you are committed to .......in full !  Sometimes ......you may have to wait to play for a long time. 

 Plan your play schedule daily and promise

to accomplish what you set out to do. Be honest with yourself. Only you

know the demands in your life and only you know your money responsibilities.

If in reading this, I’ve hit a raw nerve, that’s exactly my intention. It is my

desire to get you to change your behavior, consider the consequences of

the bad betting and bad study habits you have acquired and do something to change

direction.

The key is consistency.

However, if you can pat yourself on the

back for consistent, positive and productive behavior, maybe this post is

simply good reinforcement. Once you get a handle on being consistent, it

will be easy to master follow up and follow through......... and it's good luck to do it that way too.    LOL

1) There are around 387 unique combinations in the last 500 draws, at any given moment in a lottery history. 387/500 = 77.4%.

2) There are around 494 unique combinations in the last 692 draws. 494/692 = 71.4%. 
3) There are around629 unique combinations in the last 1000 draws. 629/1000 = 62.9%. 
4) There are around 772 unique combinations in the last 1500 draws. 772/1500 = 51.5%. 

5) There are around 850 unique combinations in the last 2000 draws. 850/2000 = 42.5%. (The “sweet spot”, or "the most bang for the buck". Play 85% of the outcomes, for a “success frequency” of around '9 out of 10'. Increase, you said? You mean, the bet after losses or too few wins? You make the call. My “call” may be expensive for you…) 
6) There are around 950 unique combinations in the last 3000 draws. 950/3000 = 31.7%. 
The random combinations strongly follow the tendency “imposed” by FFG.

              Getting every possible combination in N trials is impossible for all intents and purposes in lottery games.

 It is possible .....as they say but improbable. Such a probability is lower than the probability of the Earth reversing itself and spinning in the other direction.  LOL

                                   

  10,000 numbers means ...... no straight number is even late for at least 10,000 draws or 27 years !! Which ever comes first.  LOL    Ofcourse, Pick 3 is only 2.7 years.

  No digits return from previous draws sometimes.  That's one way to play with fewer numbers. Wait.  If your timing is right you may have a shot at a Box win at least. 

 

 

                 How often do no digits return from the previous draw?   

                                                 Straights

    Of the 5,040 singles .....     360 single straights will not contain one of the four previous digits

     Of the 4,370 doubles......     720 will not contain one of the four previous digits.

            90 double/doubles...      270

                     360 trips......            120

                       10 quads ....        6  will not contain one of the four previous digits

              . You like to play the Odds right ?  Well, here's a good example of the best Odds.

                                 Play the biggest odds that happen "Most of the time" 

 

 Ga evening pick 3 had a single number hit ....385 straight 5 days ago.  Then , we had 4 doubles hit in a row. What are the Odds for the next draw now ?

 

  Going into next draw .....tonight the odds were :

           1.         A 72% chance a single number would hit tonight. *(probability even better)  

            2.        A  71 % chance at least one or more digits would repeat.  

            3.        A  73 % chance that no digits would repeat in the same position. 

 

    Winner !     The single number that won tonight that followed the last 385 .... was 132

   There is a 71% chance that the next  single (six way)  number in PICK -3 will contain at least one of the digits from the last single number.

 

            Playing Single number to Single number....... this will happen 71% of the time . 

  Even if your game just had 4 doubles in a row.....go back to the last single number to hit and use those 3 digits to calculate your next winning single number. 

    So ......3 out of 4 times a single number shows .......the next single draw will contain one or more of the 3 digits.

                 The entire method is centered around Single to Single interactions in Pick 3 in general ......and tried not to get bogged down on errant state outliers stats about other number groups.

 

  Again..... the ODDS (including doubles,trips,and SINGLE numbers) that at least one of the 3 digits from the last "single" number to repeat in the next draw is ............ Exactly 65.7 %

 One of my favorite sayings is ....

     "Let's be EFFECTIVE first... we can be EFFICIENT later on "

    and one of my other most favorites is...

                 " Act ....as if ye had faith " 

   So.... It's gonna be a long time before we take the "gam" outa' gamble . That's true. In the mean time and in between time ... I like to prepare this sort of bet. 

     I take the Math Average of these events...say its a double we are hunting..that's 27% right? Another way to approach it is ...Double hits 1 outa' 4 draws. Then ...wait.

    we wait and find a long out Double that is 2 or 3 times over it's normal expected hit rate and "JUMP IN " Somewhere..along the way after that. We gamble.    

    We jump in and "Act" as though we had faith and good sense.We then prepare to stay on bet(on target) for at least 4 more draws or it's normal math average till hit.

  One thing we always have going for us (no matter what) ODDS wise... we always have a 1 n 4 shot at a hit on a Double! No matter where or when we jump in. No matter.

 

      We can talk about PROBABILITY changes.... etc and be efficient later on. We can start at the top and work down.

 

   One of my other favorite sayings is ...

         " ODDs don't change..but Probability does!  

 Until then, we get to be effective at least...I like killing flys with my hammer sometimes ..while we wait to be efficient  . LOL
