Drafting Guys Over 60.

 

I am over 60 and the Armed Forces thinks I'm too old to track down terrorists. 

 

You can't be older than 42 to join the military.  They've got the whole thing ass-backwards.

 

Instead of sending 18-year olds off to fight, they ought to take us old guys. 

You shouldn't be able to join a military unit until you're at least 35.

 

 

For starters, researchers say 18-year-olds think about sex every 10 seconds. 

Old guys only think about sex a couple of times a month, leaving us more than 280,000 additional seconds per day to concentrate on the enemy.

 

 

Young guys haven't lived long enough to be cranky, and a cranky soldier is a dangerous soldier. 

'My back hurts!  I can't sleep, I'm tired and hungry.' We are bad-tempered and impatient, and maybe letting us kill some <snip> that desperately deserves it will make us feel better, and shut us up for a while.

 

 

An 18-year-old doesn't even like to get up before 10 am. 

Old guys always get up early to pee, so what the hell. 

Besides, like I said, I'm tired and can't sleep and since I'm already up,

I may as well be up killing some fanatical son-of-a-bitch.  

If captured we couldn't spill the beans because we'd forget where we put them. In fact, name, rank, and serial number would be a real brainteaser.

 

 

Boot camp would be easier for old guys... 

We're used to getting screamed and yelled at and we're used to soft food. 

We've also developed an appreciation for guns. 

We've been using them for years as an excuse to get out of the house, away from the screaming and yelling.

 

 

They could lighten up on the obstacle course however... 

I've been in combat and never saw a single 20-foot wall with rope hanging over the side, nor did I ever do any push-ups after completing basic training.   Actually, the running part is kind of a waste of energy, too...  I've never seen anyone outrun a bullet.

 

An 18-year-old has the whole world ahead of him. 

He's still learning to shave, to start a conversation with a pretty girl. 

He still hasn't figured out that a baseball cap has a brim to shade his eyes,not the back of his head. 

 

 

These are all great reasons to keep our kids at home to learn a little more about life before sending them off into harm's way.

 

Let us old guys track down those terrorists. 

The last thing an enemy would want to see is a couple million pissed off old farts with bad attitudes and automatic weapons, who know that their best years are already behind them.

Now here's a clever way to 'out' Islam’s ‘peaceful’ prophet . Note that no name is mentioned , no way to identify who the subject is , except through his actions which are recorded in the Quran .

 

 

  After Muslims demanded the removal of a billboard which they said was directly aimed at publically defaming the Islamic prophet Mohammad, owner of the office where the sign is displayed, Don Woodsmall, gave his response. (Photo Source:  The Indiana News,  PBS)

 

Islam is not  mentioned, nor is the prophet Mohammed named, but instantly, Muslims knew the billboard was calling him out, prompting them to demand the sign’s removal in accordance with Sharia blasphemy laws. 

 

WTHR reports that Don Woodsmall, who is a  Duke law school graduate, has proudly taken responsibility for the billboard but says that while he is unafraid to show his face to the Muslim community, he’ll protect his clients’ identities.  Woodsmall came forward to local media to slam free speech objectors, confidently declaring that he would gladly remove the sign himself — all they have to do is prove the statement wrong.

 

In his statement, Woodsmall says, “It is interesting to note… the Muslim community knew exactly who it was referring to. The truth is a powerful weapon.”

 

Woodsmall explained that he only agreed to erect the sign after thoroughly researching each claim and finding proof directly in the passages of the Quran and hadith. In addition, he spoke to at least half a dozen Islamic scholars who confirmed the scriptures in question.

 

“I was convinced that each point listed on the billboard was historically and factually true. I would encourage others to do their own research to verify the veracity of each and every point,” Woodsmall wrote. He also noted that he would remove the billboards if the statements are proven to be false.

 

Despite Muslims demanding that Woodsmall names his clients, undoubtedly for nefarious purposes, the billboard owner refuses to endanger their lives. The unwavering owner slammed the sign’s critics, reminding them that it is the very definition of free speech to question and tear apart lies and toxic ideologies.

“My clients want this national conversation to happen if we are ever to overcome the violence that plagues Islam,” he wrote to 13 Investigates. “This is not only pro-American, but beneficial to Muslims who came to America to escape the Sharia.”

 

Disturbingly, many Muslims are declaring the message “racist” and “Islamophobic,” although none can provide any scripture or historical text to back up their claims. On the other hand, each one of the bullet points has a direct correlation to the Quran and hadith.

If the Muslim critics were honest, they’d point out that the only flaw in Woodsmall’s message is that Muhammad didn’t necessarily behead 600 Jews in one day — historical records suggest it was a number between 500 and 900 Jews, and likely over a period of several days.

Now a recent study in the Netherlands shows that "the share of converts to Islamist extremism tends to be significantly higher" than those born into the faith. As many as 17 percent of Dutch converts have joined the caliphate, the study's authors claim – seven times more than the percentage of converts to the entire Dutch Muslim community. And most of those are women.

 

That study is supported by previous reports that show that as many as 25 percent of the French Muslims who have made hijrah to Syria are converts from other faiths. Figures are slightly lower – one in six, or about 17 percent– in Germany. In the UK, according to the Economist, though converts comprise fewer than 4 percent of all Muslims, they account for 12 percent of "home-grown jihadists." And in America, while one-fifth of Muslims are converts, two-fifths, or 40 percent, of those arrested on suspicion of ISIS ties in 2015 had converted.

In France, ghastly murder of a retired doctor who was a Jewish woman ignites debate over the word ‘terrorism’

PARIS — What happened to Sarah Halimi resembles the plot of a horror film. In the early hours of April 4, the 65-year-old retired doctor and schoolteacher, an Orthodox Jew, was asleep in the modest apartment in northeastern Paris where she lived alone. Shortly after 4 a.m., a neighbor from the floor below, 27-year-old Kobili Traoré, a Franco-Malian Muslim, is accused of having broken into her flat. Traoré allegedly beat her to death and hurled her body off the balcony into the courtyard below. In the days that followed, French authorities treated Halimi’s killing as an isolated incident. But Jewish leaders immediately protested, especially after other neighbors testified that they heard Traoré ..

You  may have no idea how good Gene Kelly was at Dancing until you watch this.  Look closely and notice these are not even shoe skates.  They are the kind we had as a kid and came with a skate key.  Amazing.  I wonder how many times he fell before perfecting this routine. This is fantastic. If you've ever roller-skated,  you will find this impossible to believe!!!  This fellow is really amazing!! These facts alone were enough to have me avoiding margarine for life and

anything else that is hydrogenated (this means hydrogen is added, changing

the molecular structure of the substance).

 

Open a tub of margarine and leave it open in your garage or shaded area.

Within a couple of days you will notice a couple of things:

 

* no flies, not even those pesky fruit flies will go near it (that should

tell you something)

 

* it does not rot or smell differently because it has no nutritional value ;

nothing will grow on it. Even those teeny weeny microorganisms will not a

DEMOCRATIC SENATOR DIANE FEINSTEIN TAKES CARE OF HERSELF & HUSBAND ON THE WAY OUT

 

The US has entered into a contract with a real estate firm to sell 56 buildings that currently house U.S. Post Offices. All 56 were built, operated, and paid for by tax-paying American citizens.    Now enjoy reading the rest:  The government has decided it no longer needs these buildings, most of which are located on prime land in towns and cities across the country. 

 

The sale of these properties will fetch about$19 billion!

 

A regular real estate commission will be paid to the company that was given the exclusive listing for handling the sales. That company is CRI and it belongs to a man named Richard Blum.    Richard Blum is the husband of Senator Dianne Feinstein!(Most voters and many of the government people who approved the deal have not made the connection between the two because they have different last names).

 

Senator Feinstein and her husband stand to make a fortune, estimated at between $950 million and $1.1 BILLION from these transactions!    His company is the sole real estate agent on the sale!

 

CRI will be making a minimum of 2% and as much as 6% commission on each and every sale. All of the properties that are being sold are all fully paid for. They were purchased with U.S. taxpayers’ dollars.

The U.S.P.S. is allowed free and clear, tax exempt use. The only cost to keep them open is the cost to actually keep the doors open and the heat and lights on. The United States Postal Service doesn't even have to pay county property taxes on these subject properties. 

 

QUESTION? Would you put your house in foreclosure just because you couldn't afford to pay the electric bill?

 

Well, the folks in Washington have given the Post Office the OK to do it! Worse yet, most of the net proceeds of the sales will go back to the U.S.P.S, an organization that is so poorly managed that they have lost $117 billion dollars in the past 10 years!   No one in the mainstream media is even raising an eyebrow over the conflict of interest and on the possibility of corruption on the sale of billions of dollars’ worth of public assets.

 

How does a U.S. Senator from San Francisco manage to get away with organizing and lobbying such a sweet deal? Has our government become so elitist that they have no fear of oversight?    It's no mere coincidence that these two public service crooks have different last names; a feeble attempt at avoiding transparency in these type of transactions. BTW, she has announced her retirement from Congress so this is her parting gift to herself.

Our Iconic Statue of Liberty & Why She Stands for All Americans

 

 

 

This was written by Rosemary LaBonte to the editors of a California newspaper in response to an article written by Ernie Lujan who suggests we should tear down the Statue of Liberty because the immigrants of today aren’t being treated the same as those who passed through Ellis Island and other ports of entry.  The paper never printed this response, so her husband sent it out via internet.

 

Maybe we should turn to our history books and point out to people like Mr. Lujan why today's American is not willing to accept this new kind of immigrant any longer.  Back in 1900 when there was a rush from all areas of Europe to come to the United States, people had to get off a ship and stand in a long line in New York and be documented.

 

Some would even get down on their hands and knees and kiss the ground.  They made a pledge to uphold the laws and support their new country in good and bad times.  They made learning English a primary rule in their new American households and some even changed their names to blend in with their new home.

 

They had waved goodbye to their birth place to give their children a new life and did everything in their power to help their children assimilate into one culture.  Nothing was handed to them.  No free lunches, no welfare, no labor laws to protect them.  All they had were the skills and craftsmanship they had brought with them to trade for a future of prosperity.

 

Most of their children came of age when World War II broke out.  My father fought alongside men whose parents had come straight over from Germany, Italy, France and Japan.  None of these 1st generation Americans ever gave any thought about what country their parents had come from.  They were Americans fighting Hitler, Mussolini and the Emperor of Japan.  They were defending the United States of America as one people.

 

When we liberated France, no one in those villages were looking for the French American, the German American or the Irish American.  The people of France saw only Americans.  And we carried one flag that represented one country.  Not one of those immigrant sons would have thought about picking up another country's flag and waving it to represent who they were.  It would have been a disgrace to their parents who had sacrificed so much to be here  These immigrants truly knew what it meant to be an American.  They stirred the melting pot into one red, white and blue bowl.

And here we are with a new kind of immigrant who wants the same rights and privileges.  Only they want to achieve it by playing with a different set of rules, one that includes the entitlement card and a guarantee of being faithful to their mother country.

 

I'm sorry, that's not what being an American is all about.  I believe that the immigrants who landed on Ellis Island in the early 1900's deserve better than that for all the toil, hard work and sacrifice in raising future generations to create a land that has become a beacon for those legally searching for a better life.  I think they would be appalled that they are being used as an example by those waving foreign country flags.

 

And for that suggestion about taking down the Statue of Liberty, it happens to mean a lot to the citizens who are voting on the immigration bill.  I wouldn't start talking about dismantling the United States just yet.

 

KEEP THIS MOVING…..  FOR THE WRONG THINGS TO PREVAIL, THE RIGHTFUL MAJORITY NEEDS TO REMAIN COMPLACENT AND QUIET.

    John went to visit his 90 year old grandfather  in a very secluded, rural area of Saskatchewan   

 

 

  After spending a great evening chatting the night away, 

the next morning John's grandfather prepared  breakfast of bacon, eggs and toast.

 

 

 

  However, John noticed a film like substance on his plate,  and questioned his grandfather asking, 

 

  'Are these plates clean?' 

 

  His grandfather replied, 

 

  'They're as clean as cold water can get em. 

  Just you go ahead and finish your meal, Sonny!' 

 

 

  For lunch the old man made hamburgers. 

 

 

  Again, John was concerned about the plates,
