music I really enjoy all your posts but you have this one wrong.  Yes, innocent until proven guilty; however, the murdered guy's girlfriend was an eyewitness.  This scum shot him in front of his children despite his pleas not to do it.  This is a slam dunk for a capital offense.  This is one instance where I wish a lottery winner wasn't a winner.  Sad that his children have to live with this memory.

The murdered guy's girlfriend is an eyewitness and she will testify for the prosecution. Then it will be up to the jury to find him guilty. There will be more evidence to prove that these suspects are guilty.

I do not want anyone who is innocent to be sent to jail on an eyewitness mistaken testimony. I am looking out for your rights as well as my own.

Sure, most of the prisoners claim to be innocent but there are private organizations that do help wrongfully convicted defendants prove their innocence.

Our system of justice is flawed because it is made up of flawed human beings.

I certainly do not want Shira law.

I have just used the Search box and found "The Innocence Project" There are a couple of cases there for you to read.

LiveInGreenBay, Green laughI agree.  Smarter criminals know that escape attempts will bring more time in prison.

LOL!  How do they add more prison time to an execution?

After the execution, they revive him and then do it all over again!

What a dummy, he was only a suspect, now he's got more charges added to his list.

Law enforcement doesn't even have to chase after folks like "Mr. Holcomb."  They ALWAYS catch themselves.
