All transportation 'accidents',

Cheats and thieves to stop their practices, both in the gov't. and out,

All the shenanigans occuring in the courts ?

If the all the above are what God blessed, I don't want any part of this system.

I understand the value of the dollar and the value of the vital programs that the crazy Christian Taliban love to cut. I'm not gonna complain about my life, but I'm not spoiled. Without the SOCIALIST program called emergency rooms i would not be alive.Without the "extreme" socialism of Social Security and Medicare, my grandparents can't afford to feed themselves or pay for their medical needs. Capitalism and Socialism work best when there is a healthy balance and we have way too much Capitalism.

After not getting a COLA for the last couple of years people on SS, veterans on disability, etc...are going to get a $2 raise and Medicare is going to go up $27. A healthy balance you say?

Oh yeah, the excuse for not passing a COLA last time was lower gas prices.

We need a healthy balance, we don't have one. America has absurdly low taxes, we need to follow the path that the rest of the developed world. 

He's not the one who believes that a bearded sky fairy controls our lives and that fatal cancer in children is a sign that this sky fairy is good and we need to worship said monster. Religion is mind slavery, simple as that.

  You two need to live somewhere else, and then come back and complain, since your condemning this Country's Independence, by virtue of the both of you complaining about this Country's Ideals. In the first place this thread was put up to celebrate this Country's Independence, not your two cents on what America should be.

Secondly , if that's the way you feel, why haven't you stood up when the elections were around? Your complaints will fall on deaf ears simply because the two of you are not part of any solution, because thoughts like yours are part of the problem. The premise of Independence was built by people who stood against Tyranny and Taxation, not by people who squatted and complained about the system.
