    Which will happen first in Mass.- a cash option for the 6/49 (and 6/42), or same-sex marriages made legal?

            The decision is final.  The Governor and the rest of the state government is talking about altering the state constitution to ban the practice, because this would be the only way to strike down the court ruling (which is final).
