Trash diving
I was wondering if anybody was going to bring up second chance drawings. Can you imagine how many extra tickets people get by trash diving? A buddy of mine from work's wife works at a convenience store and trash dives all the time when they have second chance drawings. In a period of 3 years they won 2 trips on the second chance drawings thru the lottery. One of them was a full week paid (with spending cash) to Hawaii. I can't recall where the other was to but I know they went twice on the lotte

take everything as a sign
Sometimes I think people are just lucky or aren't. Twice in my life I've known people who win things all the time....cars, trips, cash. You name it. One friend has won two cars, a trip to the Super Bowl, a trip to Hawaii and more cash prizes than I can even recall. I once questioned her about it, and she said she didn't believe in luck...that she just enters everything - all the time. I don't enter everything - that's for sure...but I do keep plugging along.

Reaction
I have spent a lifetime controlling my emotions; mostly with success. I have documented, in 14-point, everything I need to think about and what I need to do until I can get away and have time to think. It doesn't matter how excited I get, as long as I control the blood pressure. I have a plan and just have to follow it. Get friends together. Get family together. Enjoy several suites in some place like the Waldorf in NYC. Close to all the important banks, security, and luxury you have neve

powerball and mega million matrix changes
As long as the winnings remain in the 100 million, 200 million, 300 million, etc., the sheep will line up to donate their dollars. It is an unresistable lure; it the free beer, the chance at a kiss from the prettiest girl in school, the raffle for the free car, the chance for a trip to Hawaii, all rolled into one great big shiney hook. Look how many went nuts for $340M. Man couldn't turn down the apple, and he will never walk away from the chance at hundreds of millions of dollars. They don't pu

Mailing Lotto Tickets Across State Lines
You can play the Massachusetts State Lottery from interstate. They ship the tickets by UPS, not by the US Mail, so no laws are violated. I buy lottery Season Tickets as gifts for relatives in Hawaii, where they don't have a state lottery. 10. QUESTION: Can non-residents play the game? If so, how do they collect?10. ANSWER: Yes, anyone 18 and over can purchase any Lottery product at any agent location in the state. All players can collect their prizes at the same locations listed in question four

7 States I Would Not Live In
i do agree about nevada. they are a casino state and gambling is like a religion there. so they really do not need powerball or mega. and some of the casinos in vegas you can actually win a couple of million or more like you can on powerball. Texas doesnt have casinos, and many states that dont have casinos will have mega and powerball. Mississippi sucks. they are still living in the 17th century. so of course there backward minds will always have negative views about the lottery.

Favorite Smart Lottery Winners? :)
You Tube has the story of the Navy Vet and his wife. Their names are Robynn Newton and Wesley. No last name for the husband, Wesley. They eloped to Hawaii soon after winning. It is a funny and good story with a happy ending. Robynn had a week long premonition that she would win. She chose quick pick on one ticket and won. One hilarious quote is about when she phoned her Dad and told him she won. He shouted, You have to stop using drugs!!
