What does it mean when the lottery officals say a game has to pay for itself? Before midday started in pick 3 and nc just had evening draw only I asked a nc rep in a gas station one time, when is nc going to get get midday pick 3 or pick 4? The nc lottery rep stated when pick 3 ( evening draw ) pays for itself... Now my question is this? Let's say 800,00 tickets are bought for evening draw and the payout is only $200,000 that there is a $600,000 profit and the game just paid for itse

There was a problem and tickets printed wrong. I think they should pay. What do you think?? Maine lottery 'fraud'
Hi; I have been playing Maine's on line fast play 'Break the Bank' . I have tickets with a $4 prize, but un- like NH which has prize tiers from 1-2-4-5$... Me. has 1-3-5$ ... there is no $4 prize.
