I concur. listening to them does not in anyway obligate you to heed such. Ironically many here enjoy promoting their way of investing should be held by others. after all , they are brilliant and doing so well. its bad enough that our govt snopes into our financials. ultimately the decision is up to the winner of such fortune. I cringe at investing in stocks. Making a ceo richer?? yeah... not gonna happen ...

I think everyone who plays has at least thought for a second about if they won. Otherwise, why play in the first place. Whether they think about it only once for a few seconds or almost constantly, lottery players have imagined what it would be like to win or pictured themselves winning. And so of course I do. You can usually find a good accountant at reputable law firms. One of the firms I found here has a guy that not only is a CPA but he also deals with setting up trusts, so ideally I could either use his other services or ask him if he could recommend any other good CPAs in the area. Also my aunt is an excellent CPA in Chicago so I could always ask for her help (wouldn't mind if she knew I won since she's already very well off). Thanks lottocalgal, and I hear you on the financials. My last ppst in the Army was Monterey, Ft. Ord. I remember going to work with less than a dollar and being in a grocery store one night to get a literl of UP, which costs 17 cents at the time, and I also needed a colored markert but it was too close to payday to get both. Pitiful. But I do miss those summers in Monterey!

There's a lot of discussion of numbers. However, there is certainly a lack of focus with many threads digressing into inane topics, and/or worse arguments. It seems the forums could be far more productive. Despite the forum flaws, LP is far more popular than I'd initially thought.
