Heat/sun damaged tickets.
In another topic, can't remember which one, someone mentioned tickets that were damaged by the heat when left in the car. I took 1 from Jersey and 1 from Delaware and placed them on the dash, 4 days later the Delaware ticket is mostly unreadable. The Jersey ticket is OK. Always thought Jersey tix were thermal paper, now, not so sure.

Does Delaware still have the same concept of anonymous? Do a search here on LP too see some of the anonymous people claiming prizes.
