Save GasThere is no need to jump borders or drive anywhere to buy lottery tickets. The Massachusetts lottery offers a subscription service you can use from the privacy of your own home. There are no residency requirements, you can live in Hawaii and play the Massachusetts lottery games. You can order your subscription by telephone, they have a toll free number. They send the subscription by UPS, so they charge $4 for that, they can't send them by the postal service.

I play the Massachusetts and New York lotteries, both by subscription. I would play others but for state address requirements. I still have a New York address and Massachusetts doesn't have any state address requirements, you can play from anywhere.

Rhode Island and Massachusetts
Seems like there is never any discussion about the lotteries in RI and MA. I'm curious if anyone follows and has any comments about these lotteries. I always see lots of predictions, but not many winners. I play the daily numbers in both consistently (I live in RI and work in Mass.) with no luck at all.Just curious and appreciate your comments!

If he buys tickets from the Massachusetts Lottery, they will send them direct to you. They use a shipping service, not the post office, so no law is broken. He can call the Massachusetts Lottery toll free and place an order, for himself, or as a gift. I nearly sure it's to only lottery to sell to people out of state. That's what I can FREE TRADE!

actually, i do think that they split the jackpot, but the going to lottery headquartes was done by someone in massachusetts, and they thwarted the attempt because they thought it was a money laundering scandal. the person in massachusetts was unsuccessful, and was only able to buy out half the game.

Just for the heck of it, I wrote the webmaster (only contact address for the Massachusetts lottery web site) and asked if the lottery players of Massachusetts consider there to be an independent Pick-3 game or it's just a side bet of the Pick-4. If there's a reply I'll post it.For the record, I'm against listing all the possible side bets and odd ball stuff states might offer to be different. BobP
