I don't spend the little money I do on the p-3 for entertainment. I have a very specific goal in mind and nothing else. Nearly everyone playing lottery games have a specific goal in mind but that doesn't change the fact that it's just an entertaining way for them to gamble and lose their money.

I think the lottery is a good source of entertainment and I play it when I'm in a state that offers one. I don't think it makes good economic sense to pay for software or books which claim to give you an edge in the lottery. That money is best spent buying more tickets.
