Michigan man wins $4 million after being unable to buy lottery ticket he originally wanted
Hahaha there are stories of people buying Rescue Tickets those that the cashier either prints by mistake but the buyer wanted something different - they buy those then they win a big prize . I tried three times, went into a store and rescued some tickets - lol - the rest is history - I won nada on all three occasions. I now rescue kittens - you know someone rescued a kitten and won, lol.

$1.05 BILLION: Mega Millions keeps rolling after no winner Friday
One more point... Everybody knows the lottery is a suckers bet. The long odds against players is proof of that, but it's those very same long odds that might put a huge cash windfall in your bank account. I'm OK with those that have rolled their eyes in my face because they're entitled to their opinion just as I am mine. Should I win big, they'll also probably hold the opinion that I was incredibly lucky. And I'd agree with them. As for asking me for money... I think it's much more likel

$1.05 BILLION: Mega Millions keeps rolling after no winner Friday
I think it's all in the way you look at it. To me, it's simply a matter of perspective. I buy lottery tickets for their entertainment value, and oh yeah, I might win some money too. I bet with my head, never over it. I dont kid myself into thinking I'll win big some day. My attitude is if I lose (which happens all the time) then I had a little fun. If I happen to be very lucky and win a significant pile of cash, then I know I'll be very very happy. I've had people roll their eyes in my face

$1.35 billion Mega Millions lottery winner suing mother of his child for revealing win to family
That's why I think sometimes moving to a new area is a good idea. Not just moving two blocks down the street. People buy cars and houses everyday and no one pays any thought to it. The problem is suddenly broke Joe has bought a range rover and a 1M house down the street. It just doesn't take rocket science to figure that out. If I win big, I will stay put for 6 months to one year, then make my move - either to one extreme end of the state or out of state. No one will know that I

$925 MILLION: Powerball lottery jackpot nears billion-dollar milestone
The reason I play the lottery is to be able to take care of myself and my family first. I feel like there is an unspoken obligation with the lottery to help others in the community once someone hits the big one. The same obligation is not expected of people who work hard and achieve millionaire status. I think it's because the lottery is considered free money Having said that, helping others in the community is a good thing but it needs a lot of care (being able to do it anonymously
