I disagree with you on this one Todd. Kentucky which you guys never acknowledge for on-line play (lol) has Keno on-line every four minutes from approximately 0500 to about 0156 seven days/week. I have been playing the lottery every week from the age of 18 to current age 40. Set a budget each week playing the same amount of draws with the multiply option. I don't drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes don't do anything illegal drugs either. My only vice is playing my weekly numbers.
