Hope she gets the money, and some. Florida is not a community property state, I don't think. However, I would argue that she has a share under principles of equity or joint venture or partnership. In addition, I would argue that she's entitled to ALL of the proceeds considering the husband intended to defraud her of her share and in fact absconded with all the money. That is fraud.
