My thoughts exactly. Allow your voters to decide But then again do you think Mississippi would have a lottery? They do, surprisingly enough have casinos. Nevada=No with the casinos twisting politicians hands. Utah=No with the Mormon church running that state. No comment on Alaska or Hawaii.

Sady he reflects the mentality of that state regarding lotteries. Don't know if Mississippi ever tried, but feel they think along his lines. Nevada never will because of the casinos. Utah won't because of religious influence. I won't mention Hawaii or Alaska since they're not part of the CONUS. Wish we had a national lottery like the Europeans do.

I read a story about a guy who worked for the Nevada gaming commission that had access to the RNG Keno programs used by Vegas casinos and he used it to win a large jackpot in Atlantic City. Let a corp lawyer register a corporation for you (Nevada is nice). There is no chance of your name being released unless the state requires your real name. Instruct your lawyer to pick up your winnings. Lawyer doesn't mind to be in the news. Lawyers love to be on the news. It's good for publicity. I'm sure they will charge their regular fees for that.

If you want to be free of gambling, scratch Nevada and Mississippi from list of states without a lottery because they both have casinos. Alabama and Utah might be your best choices because they border a state without a lottery and states with lotteries. If you get the urge to drive out of state and buy tickets, it would be very difficult if you retire in Alaska and Hawaii.
