The Florida Derby
Today's Florida Derby promises to be a great race. It has become a major steppingstone to the Kentucky Derby. Barbaro won the Kentucky Derby off his Floriday Derby win. The contenders are Scat Daddy (5/2), Stormello (3/1), Notional (4/1) and Adore The Gold (6/1). They are all highly rated for their chances in Kentucky. The winner of this race could very well repeat Barbaro's feat. Here's my take on it. These four are very difficult to split. They rank pretty evenly in all categorie

Kentucky Derby picks?
I'm going with A.P. Warrior. If he has a decent race I'm going to bet very heavily on him in the Belmont. If he doesn't win, place or show in the Derby I'm thinking they'll keep him out of the Preakness and save him for the Belmont. His pedigree suggests that he could be the next Triple Crown winner and if not that, then a real good bet in the Belmont. His daddy, A.P. Indy took the Belmont and won Horse of the Year as a three year old. He has Secretariat and Seattle Slew in his bloodline.

The Kentucky Legislation finally noticed most of the states surrounding KY have sports betting and Online poker and are debating whether they should follow suit or continue watching the KY gaming money leave the state. Most of the race tracks already have slot machines so adding other forms of gambling should be easy and create more state revenue.

Ok I was right about the 5* Horse.. Always Dreaming.. The Winner of the Kentucky Derby.. 5/1/11/ 4* came in last for Super. Ok I was wrong about Patch... If you betted on Aways Dreaming you got a Winner. I got there to late soon as I get in the door the Race was off.
