I was going to put more $ on this # but I did something I usually don't do. I wasted money on scratchoffs! I rarely buy scratchoffs maybe 3 or 4 times a year only. So i'm in the store and I see a guy buy a $5 scratchoff called minute to win it form the machine. I'm writing down my #'s and thinking about which ones to play. Few minutes later he throws the scratchoff ticket in the garbage which means it was a losing ticket. I thought let me buy one since the last one was a loser maybe the next one

I would like to respond to this one, here's the reason for the pre draws. The predraws is done to have a selection of numbers to choose from for the drawings, to be honest do you really think the drawing are live, they shoot live feeds for every drawing, when the lottery machines shuts off at night, they compile the list of numbers choose the lowest value payout from there predraw selection. Then they show that feed for your live drawing at night. Simple and easy to make everyone think the game

Effective now, i will not be playing anymore doubles,i blew most of my money on doubles because it was time for them and everything ointed to them. i dont care if doubles run day and night all month. this month has been a disgrace and the jokers running ncel need to be locked up. 2 doubles at night this month ???? please compare to other states for yourself and see what i am speaking of. each time we get triggers for doubles they get lost. i know the ratio of 6ways versus doubles so i dont need

The thing about scratchers is if there's no big winners in the store where you bought them, you can't win big simply because there's nothing there to win, no matter how many you buy. With Fast Play, at least theoretically, any retailer or vending machine has an equal chance of printing out a big win. With the Fast Plays, they roll them out with the promise of 13 top prizes, but if not enough people are playing it, those prizes just won't be there. You kind of have to think of them as a parimutuel jackpot system. I went to circle k in North Port....bought 3 scratch...i cant see well and often if no symbol...i let them check it...ive been noticing...you can not see behind counter...that the machine jumps...tonight I KNEW IT WAS A WINNER...she tried to tell me it was NOT a winner...i showed her...she checked on the machine and THAT TIME...it came up a winner..SO check your own close! Question for all NCEL players... NCEL obviously has the ability to print an entire playslip on a single ticket (see Mega, Powerball, Cash 5, Lucky for Life). Yet all P4 and P3 tickets are printed 1 number at a time. I know that Ohio defaults to this behavior (1 playslip per printout for P3 and P4). I was talking with the rep this morning at the store and she said it was a conscious decision to do it 1 number per ticket. My thinking is basically from a speed/convenience standpoint. If
