Perhaps the lottery ticket printing machine they are using to pick the winners ran out of paper or ink and they had to run to Staples to get more. Any of the numbers in question above the 140K they sold? (Wow, two shots in one post. Todd should have a rule against this or something.)

I don't think there is a predetermined number of combo's to be sold through all terminals. I think each machine generates its own numbers and reports them back to a central computer along with the serial number and time stamp of each individual ticket. Do I know this for sure? Nope. But for some logical reason, that is probably how it is done. I played 5 of my own numbers and then played 5 QP's following that and the numbers in the QP's were loaded with the numbers I picked on my own.

MATCH 6 lotto: 5, 19, 29, 36, 41, 49 Oddly enough my lowest ticket was the closest to a jackpot win. The first line, and numbers played via a regular ball draw with my custom made ball machine, and no eliminations. My numbers were 5, 22, 26, 29, 41, 48 That one was painful. Not sure which QP was close as well, might post it later though after I finish my analysis.

They have changed a lot of things at the MA Lottery since December 2019. Around a month ago the whole web site was redone and in my opinion (which is worth nothing) the new site is terrible. A person now needs sunglasses to help view the site. Mega Millions--using a static ticket or random QP
Hello, I am new here. I have played MM on and off, but when I read about what the winner did to get the ticket its mostly 1 of 2 things. Obviously QP does work, but when it comes down to it, are you at the right mahchine at that point in time that prints the combination that will be drawn.....
