China Lottery
On the surface it appears Lottoking is trying to share his rather complicated method to pick winning numbers for lotteries in the U.S. To say the least his method of calculation is very confusing and doesn't seen to make any sense. (example: winning numbers of 3-7-15-26-34 divided by 13 equating to 2-3-7-8-13) I can't get there from here.A little web seaching found two lotteries in China. A national lottery of 15-drawings until the end of the year to benefit the Social Welfare system and a S

Powerball Lotto in each state to start a bussiness to better the U.S Economy...
Letting someone spend their winnings as they wish will be much better for the economy than forcing them to start a business they will run into the ground in 2 years, puttnig them on welfare with $200,000 worth of debt to the IRS while increasing taxes for the rest of the individuals in the state to support the increased welfare needs. Sounds about right, eh? No one will play a lottery that forces you to work after you win it. The idea is NOT to work after you win the lotto :) Besides, the ide

Jack Whitaker, worse than you thought.
Something a person finds on Chinese Welfare Lottery site stands a middling good chance of having absolutely no relationship with what we normally think of as reality. No point in wasting the time to read it unless you're just a Jack Whittaker junkie and prefer to believe anything you read on the web.Jack

Mega at 100 million but sales drop
strangly sales are falling. Not a good sign for having an impact of faster rolls. sales were better at the first of july. could just be that the welfare and ssi checks came in though.

Powerball can you PLEASE create a 3rd Powerball that cost: 25 cents the ticket
I thought most poor people just grabbed from the free food stamp and welfare handout bag anyway, which pretty much funds their lottery and cigarrette addiction nonetheless. Even this rise to the $2 powerball probably wont make them flinch.

New York hit the Jackpot again...WTF!!
It's simple factors. A) NY has a huge population = more ticket sales = more chances B) It's a huge welfare state. People cash their check from some kind of assistance and don't hesitate to throw $50 into the lottery.... I see it in the local bodega and dollar stores where I work all the time. But hey who knows. If someone were to start a corporation or LLC with 50 investors, and it's purpose was to hit the lottery when it's over $50 Million, it's kind of like a lottery pool, but I'm sure

84 Year Old Wins $40M FL Lottery
Cash, I was only using the Bank CD example to demonstrate the size of her prize. Why not an annuity? Regarding the FDIC, have you read all the small print? They are not guaranteeing 100% return on your money. Also, what do you think the I in FDIC stand for? Insurance companies have been around since our country began. Maybe you had a bad experience but, for example, Abraham Lincoln's home was insured by the same company that owns AIG. When people at the World Trade Center were killed, who

Interesting Lottery news in the forum jackpot games
I was reading some of the news that is posted on this site. It is interesting that when someone hits a big lottery that they might accidentally toss their ticket some place. But it's weird that for some that either have to pay child support, grant something, maybe their estate. So I guess nothing is secret to most people that hit big amts. Honestly I don't think some people know what they should do. Some of the members on this board gave in their 2 cents on what they feel and I agree on
