Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
The number of entries a ticket will win is the same whether or not you play the game (it does not matter if you play the game, it is for entertainment only). The number is already predetermined before you play. From the Florida Lottery Monopoly Second Chance rules (Rule#2): 2. To enter a non-winning MONOPOLY Scratch-Off ticket into one of the second chance drawings further described in subsection (4) below, players must enter on the Florida Lottery's website at www.flalottery.com. How much do people spend buying scratch tickets?
It all depends on each person's disposable income. Only spend what you can afford to lose. Treat it as your entertainment budget, like it's not coming back. I dunno what average would be, but $5 to $10 a day would not seem out of the ordinary. I maybe do around twice that. What would you spend each week on going out to movies/shows? Or on golf/sports? or on eating out? And don't scratch sad/mad. Don't get emotional, unless you win big, then you can celebrate. But don't get angry, just walk

Florida Lottery Misprint Scratch Off
The laws governing state lotteries usually dictate that the ticket validation codes are what determine winners, not any matching play numbers or symbols in the play area. In fact some state lottery regulations will have language that says something to the effect that the scratch game itself (scratching off the prize numbers and symbols) are for entertainment purposes only . That also means if a rare situation arose where no numbers matched prizes and the ticket appeared to be a loser then if the

Texas $100 game
It's the nature of the beast. TX lottery makes over 8 bill in total sales. As long as people keep spending, the prices you pay will keep going up. It's a side of the current economic situation that people don't like to talk about. Hence, the moves by the gov. And then there's also the psychology of today. Many have very little savings, spend more than they have, and don't care either. Hence, a $100 scratcher. Exploitation perhaps? But it's legal. It's entertainment, a luxury, not a necessity. Yo

Strict budget, what price tickets?
Hi dollarscratcher, and welcome! I'm with omiller on trying a variety, including considering higher $ games. Also, I'm not sure how many times you've tried scratch offs so this info might be too basic, but either way if NC games are like ones in FL most are number match, but some alternative game formats will take longer to play, like crossword, bingo, etc., which can be good if stretching out the entertainment factor is desirable. Something else to consider, especially pertaining to high

I too go to about 4 different places. I pretty much play only one $10 scratch off . The most I ever spend is $20 but usually just $10. I have had this happen where I win $100 at one place, well I know the odds of anything else from that roll are small so the next day I will cash somewhere else and get ONE $10 scratch off (same game) and see where it goes. In one week I had hits as follows on a $10 Scratch Off: won $100, went to another place won $50, went to another won $75, went to anothe

Currently, I'm just building up a collection of $10 and $20 scratchers which I can, one day, sit down and let things happen as they may. So far, I have (12) which haven't even been looked at since I purchased them over a week ago. They're just tucked away in a locked case for future entertainment. There's actually a very inspiring story behind the last batch I purchased. After work I went to the corner store on a mission for tickets. When I got there, I told the clerk which ones I wanted and

Am I normal?
About a decade ago I would go out to lunch with a co-worker, and after lunch he'd stop by the local grocery store to pick up a few scratch-off tickets. At the time I had no idea what they were or how to play but I went ahead and bought a few as well. Eventually it became a habit with the two of us and we'd even go to other boroughs after work to buy the 'hot' tickets. Neither of us ever won big. We also never spent big. I eventually left that job and started to buy tickets on my own and no

It Possibly could be rigged, Definatley not random distribution. The Idea of Scratchers I believe is for the average person to buy 1 or 2 tickets, test your luck an move on. Its not meant to be a game to be chased or buy rolls at a time. Here is a Classic Scenario: Biff is finanically stable, has a good income and can afford to throw $500 a week in Gambling. This dude buys alot of tickets, has won here and there due to the heavy volume of tickets he buys. In the best case scenario at the e
