I'm mad for you pikachu13. The lottery is a scam. It doesn't even have to be rigged, it's just that contemptuous of it's customer base. It is a scam and people will always fall for it. You're either ignorant, in denial, or content losing more than you win because it's fun . Gambling-types are highly irrational. Not always stupid, but irrational. And impulsive.

florida 25 doller scratch tickets is a scam
My friend bought a $25 dollar scratch ticket with a 10 million dollar grand prize. He has spent over 5 grand and he ever won was $25 and never got a bag or a $500 winner. All he ever got were a couple $25 wins. This is truely a scam and fraudulent. He said he was going to contact 60 Minutes and have them exposed as a cheat and fraud.

Is it a scam by a lottery to end the game when half of the top prize still available?
The NY lottery retires games that have half of top prizes available, but majority of non winning tickets sold. If you check the Lottery's website top prizes page, you will see that they retired many games that had many top prizes left. Examples are $10 Three Million scratch ticket as well as $5 dollar Happy mother's day tickets, etc. Do you think it is a scam?
