If someone buys a ticket online, do they get a copy of the actual numbers that were on the ticket? If so, they can be checked. Not only that, but no one has ever purchased a losing ticket in Illinois buying them online. No one buys their tickets at gas stations or grocery stores there anymore...in fact some retailers got rid of lotto due to poor sales.
