So what would the "Holy Grail" of Pick 3 playing be?
The Holy Grail would be having Todd's Lottery Post Almanac 2014 Lottery Results Almanac today. Having ten years of those almanacs from the future would be an added bonus.
Far too much is made of filtering. IMHO, most good systems fail from TOO MUCH FILTERING. I've applied e/o, hi/lo, in/out, open/closed, Bala-Nced, and others to the 2Step game and found the more filters you apply the more confusion you add.
All filters are not an additive process complimenting each other. Some are substi

California: 9/1 - 9/30/2014
It occurs to me that Cali could play a 31 pair singles tomorrow, Midday.
Why? Because look at what then (for the Evening double) the last five most recent combined plays would be:
31x
769
652
054
864
One of every digit represented. This would make the pool for doubles/a triple wide open, the choice that much more difficult, since no digits would be long out.
My list would (I believe) still stand... but that's still 21 to choose from... + 10 triples: quite a lot....

Destroying a number?
I have seen - held, touched - tickets from someone I know who runs a nearby liquor store, who made thousands off one multiple straight plays on the D3. I didn't see the tickets he said he played the year previous; when on a single play of straights, he made $50k. But if he was lying about that, he wasn't lying about the ones I did see. He also showed me a few losers: ten in a row where one digit was off.
He also didn't tell me his system, sadly. But if you were fortunate enough to have the sp

Please recommend a Pick 4 Wheel
A very good day to you all,
I am looking for economical wheels for a Pick 4 game.
There will be numbers 0 to 9 as per normal, and numbers can repeat itself.
From the pool of 0 to 9 numbers, I have chosen 8 numbers in total for the wheel.
Can someone please recommend some economical Pick 4 Wheels for the above criteria ?
I know that many many many here at Lottery Post are WIZARDS in this field !!!
Thank God for that !!!
Thanks
Dave

I think the systems or methods for predicts the lottery is illusion.
So, easy. Doing an independent /past-data-non-inclusive method, we do this (California D3):
1) Divide the pool of 1000 numbers into fourths (quadrants).
2) Fill out your fourth as all Straights.
3) Don't play, but wait until your quadrant has been out for eight times in a row, i.e., fully twice around the board. This is to play it safe, and it may take a while to get there (you may also want to play it safer, and increase the amount of plays you have to wait; or, if you feel risky, wait

8 x 15 (Pick 3)
I hear what you're saying, but don't necessarily neglect the algorithmic part of the algorithm.
For example: It seems that, generally (key word there: sometimes it's more, sometimes less) the game takes an average of two digits, and cold plays them. Not equally, not all the time, but they tend to be out for long periods and/or rarely played for long periods.
So is it possible the algorithm is programmed to leave two digits (we'll go with for now) more or less cold? One would have to conclu

16 siblings share $20 million lottery jackpot in New Jersey
Sixteen brothers and sisters from New Jersey who pooled money for a decade to buy lottery tickets got the ultimate payout a $20 million Pick 6 jackpot they'll use to repair homes they lost in Sandy, send their children to college and preserve the legacy of their late mother, who urged them to vie for the pot together in the first place.
The Endreson clan, who range in age from 53 to 76, accepted the check from the New Jersey Lottery Thursday. They' opted for a lump sum payment of $14 million

Ny Pick 10
Notice that if a pool was made using groups of 3 sequential numbers like I mentioned before it would have easily trapped some of those winning numbers:
4-5-6
11-12-13
21-22-23
27-28-29 or 28-29-30
61-62-63
65-66-67
This is just 18/20 numbers ...
I know, its no easy feat trying to pick the right groups, which is why I think using multiple sets may be the way to go ... incorporating the various seemingly important factors ... hot/cold (which could work its way in by simply

NY Sweet Millions
I wouldn't give too much credibility to what steve allensworth is saying. At least I would have a large chunk of salt with it.
How can you have a fixed payout amount if the lower tier prizes were not parimutel?
So lets say for argument sake on one draw 1000 people won. (But not the jackpot.) Would those 1000 people share the 38% prize pool?
But the next draw only 500 people won. Again no jackpot. Would those people earn more because there was less people involved?
Where did the 38% r
